The breakfast buffet was very good. The food quality and the choice of spread was great. The property itself was good overall in a neat area. The rooms were spacious enough with decent amenities.

The staff were not courteous enough especially in the restaurant. Overall the hospitality was very low and not very accomodating when travelling with little children. The staff seems to be racist towards Indians in particular. In a star rated accomodation, whatever be their past experience, the staff should be trained to treat the guests without pre conceived notions. This is definitely a must in the hospitality industry for the staff not to be racist which was very evident in the behaviour of the front desk and restaurant staff.

It took 10 minutes to get my key for the room I'm not sure if the lady was new but frustrating slow.

地理位置相对不错，有摆渡车到BTS与商场，工作人员都很友好，早餐也很丰盛。

枕头有一点高，屋内的桌角有些害怕孩子会碰到。

Perfect property in the heart of Sukhumvit. Loved the facilities and helpful staff.

The room was large and as we were a family it gave us plenty of space. The location is around a 5 minute walk from Nana BTS, slightly difficult with a buggy but obviously this is not the hotels fault and if you don't have a buggy location is fine.

There was a lot we did not like unfortunately. It was dirty. The pool had green algae/scum all at the bottom and round the edges. Yhe umbrellas were ripped and one of the beds was broken, and the cushions on some of the beds were out of shape and lumpy. The hot tub desperately needs changing it was all cracked, eroded, and just disgusting. The pool area had drains, and one had no cover showing a load of hair and scum hanging out of it, super dangerous for kids and an adult as its a dirty hole. The room floor had chips as did the tables. The room had a kitchenette which was great, but no crockery, cutlery or washing up stuff plus the tap pressure was ridiculous so it went everywhere everytime you turned it on with nothing but our bath towels to clean it up. We had to change rooms on our first night as the water coming out the bath and the shower was BROWN. I was running a bath for my 2 year old. It took over 20 minutes for this to start to run clear and it wasn't until I pressed that this was unacceptable that they offered to switch our room to the same but on the floor below. All in all hotel needs a priper clean and a lot of it needs upgrading it was really not what we expected.

Liegt am Ende der Soi 13, die Entfernung wäre kein Problem, unangenehm fand ich den sehr starken Verkehr (Autos, Mopes) hin zur Sukhumvit, man hatte kaum einen Bereich zum laufen

The service I received from Mudtiga for my evening meals was outstanding, support from the duty manager Nitchayanat Hongsa and Nanfon was exceptional, I really can’t thank these 3 enough as every time I return I am always left feeling I am their number one priority. They are a credit to your hotel and feel sometimes not appreciated

Was a shame the pool was out of action, no notification on website but it does not spoil my long earned break away
