Great facility, excellent location and very friendly owners! Lord Ganesha temple is at a walkable distance and this is one of the closest properties to Bhaktavatsala Perumal temple (one of the divya desams), where you can stay comfortably with your family. Sangeetha restaurant is close to the property.

Great place to stay if you want some peace and quiet from the noisy city. Safe environment and owners are very kind. They go out of their way to assist us. You can book autos to come to pick you up at the residence.

I met Sam and Marina few years ago when i stayed at their homestay. I loved it then and i loved it now. They are so helpful and lovely. They make you feel like family. It was such a pleasure to stay with them again. The room is so clean and Nice, it has everything you need! And Marina's food is amazing! If you ever come to Chennai you should definetly stay with them!

Had a very comfortable stay at Sam's home stay. Very accommodating and friendly hosts. This is our second time choosing this place while visiting Chennai. Highly recommended.

The host was very helpful and went above and beyond to assist us in every way from arranging transport for us, ordering food and even dropping us to the airport in the middle of the night when our cab failed to show up.

Sam sir was very courteous enough to give me all the details needed to reach the place. Naresh and his family helped us provide lunch and dinner.. Coffee made by Naresh's wife was excellent. Kumaran was the driver assigned by Sam sir and he was punctual, smiling face and very polite. Even when the drop was early morning on a Sunday, he drove us with a smile and very cautious and efficient drive. Overall, it meant what it meant ..A friendly stay in an elite way..a home away from my home. Please come with your family and friends. Very safe and secure place.

Big clean room, Very helpful staff, excellent communication and very kind. Samk was brilliant with all my queries and answered in such detail any of my questions. Really great. Exceptional help. All things I could have needed I had help with. Tea and coffee facilities in room . Excellent wifi. Very clean. Room to spread out. A nice street and a freindly dog that hardly barks. A short drive from airport. Really good for a stopover, They provide tel nos for taxi, rickshaw and a lovely lady who cook and deliver delicious homefood. All you need is here. Is like a home from home. I highly recommend. Oh and good quality matress and pillows. I slept really well. No smoking room which is great. Free water provided. Nothing more I could have asked for .

Is a good location if you get a taxi driver you recommend from Friendlystay, But it is a small street that other taxi drivers might confuse by other places of the same name. Theres chai shops and small shops nearby , but if you were first time to India you might want to arrange a rickshaw to take you around. Is easy to get lost. But I didnt!
