The hotel was situated in a convenient spot near to gallery and rifle brigade hotel and other attractions. The room upon first entry looked clean and welcoming. Bed was very comfortable. coffee, tea, biscuits, also well stocked fridge. They very kindly changed the room giving me a downstairs room on the day of arrival. I had not realised that the hotel was two storey. At first the room was very cold but finally warmed up with the air conditioner after a few hours.
To have the opportunity to have breakfast in the dining room was great. The scrambled eggs were great. The price was good value.
The room was situated opposite a building that had a motor running all day and all night. Luckily I had ear plugs with me.
On closer inspection the bathroom could have done with a better clean especially the shower wall and behind the bathroom door.
To close the curtains you had to climb through the bunk beds.

The bed was very comfortable and the room was spacious with good facilities
Location at the top of View Street is great if your activities are only on View Street if, however, you venture further afield on foot and you are a senior then it is a bit of a hike uphill to get back to the room.
The office hours could be lengthened.

We loved the efficiency of the online check in and the freedom it gave us. It was easy to book the property online and Barclay on View were great at communicating with us about changes and the online check in process. We had a relaxing and comfortable stay, and all the facilities met our expectations. The hotel was in a great location, and close to transport links.

The accommodation was clean and there was ample amenities in the house for example, bath towels and face towels. The accommodation could have six people as therr were threee bedrooms with a double and two king sized beds.. The beds were comfortable too! On the overall, a good accommodation for a group of six.
Nothing much except that you will probably need to drive a short distance to food.

It had a good location
I found the motel very impersonal with electronic entering so not need to speak to anyone unless it’s about money. We were busy all day and we we returned back to the motel on a cold night no milk in the fridge and no one available to ask. Next morning the shower head would not stay up so I had to try and fix that and then hot and cold water the whole shower and one again no one to talk to.we couldn’t have breakfast there because we we supposed to have a link to order breakfast by 6pm but we never received it. All in all a very ordinary stay

Location was great
The shower contained to drip even though we turned off right there was hard to sleep with noise and ther was also a consent dripping outside the room that kept waking us up .

we were given a room upstairs that was difficult for our age and our designated parking spot was too far away from the room. lighting on stairs was very poor

Room 1 was very noisy- but I am a light sleeper. The room is next to reception and walls are very thin.

the property was easily accessible , more than adequate for us and realistically more than we needed , close to everything we needed . Check in/out very convenient .

Everything we requested was made possible. Rooms close to other family members, the room was very clean, and we loved the location. The touchpad room entry made for quick and easy access to our accommodation.
The car parks were quite tight and not clearly signed with our room number.

There wasn’t a microwave in the room which would have been handy for heating babies bottle.
