good Wi-Fi good service

Nothing. The place is falling apart and is nothing alike the pictures, dirty and broken.

We had to pay 50% of our stay after we asked to cancel, which was okay for us, in order to get back our luggages we left before check-in. They then later charged 100% for the stay on the credit card. This place is SIMPLY A SCAM.

the rooms where large and clean. friendly staff who spoke little English but that was not a problem, I should learn more Thai.

staff can’t speak English and they gave us awful quality towels, one of them tore at the first use and we couldn’t explain that to them, they just wanted to charge it to us. mediocre service overall

Large room with a comfortable bed. Sofa was good, kitchen was good, shower was good. Security, although not really needed as it's pretty much a crime-free place. 7/11 was less than 1 minute walk away. Beaches and restaurants nearby. Airport 10 mins away. Internet was acceptable. Quiet depending on guests nearby.

We were in the first apartment, and the neighbours next door with children would constantly walk past with their child, but spend time looking into our apartment first, with the child screaming. The child was generally naked too. They were headed to the pool I assume. Staff come to clean the rooms far too early. After 3 or 4 times of me telling them that before 9am is too early to clean our room, they should really have understood that we wanted it later. There was also no 'do not disturb' sign. Didn't use the pool, it looked like the area was under construction.

The apartment was really big, quiet and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They organised for us a private transportation to their second hotel by the beach so didn’t have to book a taxi.

The place is in need of renovation, you can see it’s not the newest hotel, the pool also didn’t look great and the location is OK. On a quite street where not much is happening, sometimes tricky to get somewhere.
