Near to haram

Old and dirty rooms. I had two rooms and bathroom and both had blocked sewerage. Requested to clean the bathrooms twice but no one came. All the rooms in hotel are having 4 beds with pathetic cleaning quality. I do not recommend this at all. Received a call from hotel after my stay requesting not to rate bad on booking.com

Friendly and welcoming staff, the reception staff, bell boys all were very helpful and prompt service. Clean rooms. Close to ladies entrance to haram. Even Men’s prayer is nearby. Some basic restaurants are also available in the front.

Laute Generatorengeneräuche vom Nachbarhotel, Kleine Dusche , keine Sitzmöglichkeit. Betten etwas hoch wie normal.

Everything was excellent. I requested an early check-in and the hotel was prompt in replying and assuring that I get early check-in. The receptionist was kind and courteous. He made the check-in process very quick and smooth. The bell-boy was prompt. The housekeeping staff was polite and responsive. The parking guard was very nice and helpful and assisted in parking and guided us to the parking spot. After we checked out I received the follow-up call from Mr. Hasan Alawadi from the hotel to know about our stay and he was very polite and kind. Thank you to all the staff and management of the hotel for making our trip quite convenient and comfortable.

I liked everything, just one request that if the hotel management can include an option of breakfast so the stay is even further more convenient.

The staff are so friendly, especially Ibrahiim in front office and Abad in reservation They are so helpful and decisive

WiFi is not working all the time

- Very good location, especially for ladies entrance - Bin Dawood store and restaurants are near by - Quick check-in - Nice and polite staff on reception and house keeping - They didn’t create any issue in late check-out - Hotel cleanliness is good - Amenities will be provided if you ask for it

- “Make my room” cards aren’t provided - House keeping don’t come on their own. They come only if you ask for it - Fridge size is a bit small - Lifts were problematic but they worked on it and improved it - Washrooms are a little tight - They should provide Steel kettle instead of plastic kettle as that is more healthy

Close to Masjid e Nabawi, 2 minutes walking distance. Location is very convenient from the point of view of going to Masjid, getting breakfast and other meals, getting taxis, etc. The check-in was quick and the staff were courteous.

The price was expensive for the facilities provided, no breakfast, limited supply of water bottles in the rooms. the size of bathrooms were very small. The only issue is the elevators have a little longer waiting times.

Great location as close to both men and women gate, restaurants, market, free underground parking but limited spaces, free street parking, room decor, value for money

Location was perfect. Very near to women gate. room size was ok but It was fine for 2 nights stay. Breakfast was good but with limited options. overall we enjoyed our trip and hotel served the purpose the best.
