Das Personal war ganz nett

Das war mit Abstand das mieseste Resort was ich je in Thailand gesehen habe, keine Ahnung warum es 8,3 als Bewertungen hat. Alles dreckig und total heruntergekommen. Der Strand ist ein Witz und der Pool war nicht zu benutzen da braunes dreckiges Wasser. Die Liegen gammelig und der ganze Poolbereich ist einfach ranzig. Schimmel in der Dusche und die gesamte Einrichtung ist komplett heruntergekommen. Sorry aber das geht so einfach gar nicht.

The quiet environment is one of the main reasons we have always booked Homm Chura Samui. Lush greeneries surround the resort. The beach is just few seconds away from the pool view. And around the hotel, you have a few restaurants and some vendors providing water sports activities. The staff are friendly and will assist you as much as possible. - Breakfast: This is our 5th time in this resort over five years. The breakfast hasn't changed much however, you have a variety of cuisine, ranging from just a bowl of cereal, continental or American breakfast to Asian cuisine. - Lunch and Dinner: We skipped both lunch and dinner.

I would not go as far as what I didn't like. I would say a few things could be improved in terms of service recovery and customer service. Unfortunately, during our stay, the pool was inoperative for two days. During this time, people who were lying at the pool were not able to take a swim in it. In such unfortunate circumstances, service recovery is a must, and the staff should have been more proactive in taking care of the guests of the hotel. They should have provided us with refreshing towels and complimentary refreshing drinks (they did on one of the days but just one glass throughout the whole day). If I'm not mistaken, they were provided a few years back during our first stay.

La situation géographique.

La taille des chambres d'à peine 25 m2 (très peu de place autour du lit) et très loin des 44 m2 annoncés, ou alors il faut compter la terrasse ou le balcon qui prend presque la moitié de la surface. La vétusté des lieux. Les serviettes de plages qui pour certaines, tombent en lambeau. Le petit déjeuné avec peu de choix. La grosse toile d'araignée dans le salle de bain qui était là bien avant nous et y sera certainement encore longtemps après nous. Le titre ronflant de " a brand of Banyan Group" qui laisse à penser que l'on va se retrouver dans un établissement luxueux, ce qui n'est pas du tout le cas. Heureusement, le personnel est adorable et cela compense un peu le reste.

Trevlig personal. Bra pool. Nära till havet. En härlig strand. Bra frukost. Bra vattentryck i duschen.

Ganska långt till centrum. Vi bodde i ett parhus. Detta parhus hade möjlighet till att öppna upp mellan husen med en dörr, som naturligtvis var låst från båda håll. Men problemet var att denna lösning gjorde att det blev väldigt lyhört. Det visade också sig att våra grannar rökade i sin del, vilket innebar att röken kom in till oss. Inte alls så trevligt. Speciellt inte på natten när man försöker att sova. Vi blev heller aldrig riktigt överens med kylanläggningen. Om man har problem att gå i trappor så är detta hotellet inte ett alternativ. Det fanns många trappor och ingen hiss.

L’établissement est bien, il y a un bon rapport qualité prix. Les chambres sont spacieuse

La plage de l’hôtel et la piscine ne sont pas aussi bien que sur les photos mais cela reste un très belle endroit

רבע שעה הליכה למרכז העיינינים , היה לנו אופנוע דרך המלון אז למי שאין בעייה לנהוג זה בסדר המרחק בריכה לא הכי ואוו והחוף לא נגיש בכלל

Great location by the beach and about a 30minute walk from the town centre. Breakfast options were good.

There’s no lift so made manoeuvring luggage difficult, but staff were always happy to help. Also the brushed concrete flooring in the rooms would leave belongings dusty.

Perfekte ruhige Lage! Super Bungalow mit genügend Platz, Outdoor Bad ist immer etwas spezielles und toll. Frühstück ausreichend. Pool sauber und immer ein Platz frei, wer die Getränke und Essen günstiger will geht beim Strand einfach 10 Meter nach rechts in ein wunderbares Familien geführtes „Lokal“.
