I booked multiple rooms over a 3 night stay , 1 room had no power running through our kitchen for 1 of our nights which then the fridge was off wasting some of our food , the curtains has mold in all 3 rooms, 1 rooms jug did not work so we was carting things from 1 room to the other just to be comfortable, the swimming pool was not attended to at all over our stay and the spa pool water you can't even see the bottom so unhygienic and out of 3 days it was only turned on once. The worst part was we couldn't communicate with the staff as they are Asian and kept repeating themselves saying they didn't understand English. Very upsetting experience.

We had a two bedroom unit upstairs with a queen in one room and two singles in the other as well as one more single in the living room. The kitchen was adequate with full size stove and all the usual small appliances. Beds were comfortable and there were large closets for storage.

The motel is located on a fairly busy road, but it got quieter after 10 or 10:30 pm. The pool was cold but the jacuzzi was hot.

The vacinity to Kensington hospital was easy walking distance. Also close to supermarket and eateries.

The carpet join into the bathroom was threadbare, and I kept walking on the exposed tacks. I wasn't able to inform the owners as they were away at the time and had a caretaker in charge who wasn't able to fix this issue.

Check in way super fast and simple. Liked the pool and spa 😁 The man was the man. Managed to get an add on last minute room which was awesome for other members of our group. In a pretty good spot of town. Not too noisy. Lots of parking around. Free washing machine. 😃

The spa had a turn on and off time.

clean, comfortable and staff were amazing and very accommodating to circumstance, would definitely recommend this motel and will be returning again. close to everything.

we were in the disability unit. it was well set up for disability customers. Excellent kitchen facilities. easy access
