Room good and bed comfortable. However floor dirty no cooking facilities other than microwave and no sink in kitchen. Have to wash dishes in bathroom basin.

The plumbing (macerater) was noisy, which is explained once you arrived.

Cute little accommodation, modern and inviting. Bed was very comfortable. Nice and clean. Great communication from hosts . Beautiful and would definitely stay again. I definitely highly recommend it!

The location is excellent, quiet and easily accessible. Very convenient for the basin in Whangarei A very nice conversion of a small barn. Plenty of parking. Clean.

There was no sink to wash crockery- had to use the bathroom. Fridge was a bit noisy. I didn't like the big step out of the shower.

The property was in walking distance to town. The room layout was excellent. The bed was super comfy. Awesome bush walk nearby

No air-conditioning

Lovely converted garage close to the town and yacht basin. Comfortable with most equipment and facilities. We particularly liked the decor and large bed. The owner was delightful and helpful.

There was nowhere to sit to eat, or wash up, but we made do. There are two chairs under the car port with a small drinks table that could be replaced with a table and two chairs. Lastly there was a slight damp smell, probably down to all the rain and flooding in the area over the last few days.

Loved the tranquility, how accessible it is to walks up Mt Parihaka and to the waterfront. It had a romantic feel and was just simply amazing

Just missed a kitchen sink esp as I put together a meal when I arrived.

Location is very accessible and the place is awesome. Very quiet, you won’t feel like you are just a few stone away to the city centre. Very impressive.

Probably just the lightning outside especially at night time. A bit dark, otherwise perfect place to relax and unwind.

very clean and tidy, reminded us of Bali with the natural surroundings & local bird life. close to town but far enough out to have quite surroundings. Even though we didn’t meet the proprietors there was great communication via text & email.
