江南駅にも近く周りにコンビニも多く何不自由なく過ごせるのにとても広くてこの値段でしたのでとても良かったです。日本語が少し話せる方もいらっしゃったので助かりました

浸かる気は元々ありませんでしたが、バスタブが汚かったのでその上でシャワーをするのが少し気になりました。

Staff

Horrible room, not a pleasant smell of bleach. The insane noise of air conditioners, the rumble of air conditioners was heard all night long, it seemed as if you were flying in an airplane.

The staff are ok but English is a problem

The room has no window, no breakfast service and literally the entrance is super bad with a very narrow hall.

Great location and friendly staff. The secondary bed in our room was very comfortable, the big bed not so much. Lights and "clean/don't clean"-requests were easily managable by a digital screen between our beds. Very spacious room, especially for Seoul - plenty of space to open our suitcases and still walk around freely. The hotel is located in a quiet area of Gangnam, a bit further away from the heart of the district, but very conveniently right next to a subway station and multiple convenience stores. Not many restaurants directly around, but gangnam station is only about 10-15 minutes away on foot.

The toilet in our room was leaking water whenever we'd flush, which wasn't a big concern with the provided slippers. The only small window in the room was completely blacked out, but due to it being too cold outside to sleep with the window open, it was always pitch black in the room with no way to tell the time from sunlight. On our first day we slept until being awoken by the vacuum cleaner in the room next to us, since the dark room made us believe it was still in the middle of the night. The wifi didn't work at all times.

Location is ideal right near metro and bus stop. All good outlets and show rooms are nearby for shopping and dining out. Well connected to all of Seoul.

But jhe room was little smelly. A.c was very old and performance was low. Exhaust of bathroom was not working either. So kind of damp smell. Mattresses were also not comfortable. We asked for an extra pillow and they didn't have it. So if you don't have other options only then go for it. Not recommended

Overall a very nice stay. The location is very convenient. Everything we need is around the corner. The room is nice. Near the train and bus station. I will definitely book again here. The staffs are also very accommodating. Really worth the money.

The wifi is fluctuating. We had to use an extension cord as some outlets are not working for the aircon.

Best value for money! Was so suprised how big the room was, the bathroom was huge too. Nice big bathtub, big shower. Very clean, room cleaned each day. Great location too: in the heart of Gangnam in a modern area. Would stay anytime again!!

People at front desk are professional, polite, and nice. Good communicators. The location is perfect, 1 min walking distance from Yeoksam station, easy to find as well.

Some hairs and stains on the bed sheet, blankets and pillow cases. They felt unwashed. I asked front desk to change them but I was first told that there might not be any left but they eventually handled it very quickly and properly. The new ones had no hair and smelled washed so all good. Another thing was that the lights were very dark and one and only window makes the room even darker and its air bad. No breakfast is provided.
