The hotel is located perfectly, close to the metro station and there are also always taxi drivers nearby so no problem with transportation at all. There are couple of shops nearby as well as pharmacies and a clinic. The room itself is quite good too - we had a 1-bedroom room - spacious and clean. We had everything you may need in our room - a hairdryer, a washing machine, a kettle, a microwave, a big-sized fridge, cutlery and cookware as well as plates, glasses and cups. The housekeeping staff did an amazing job all the time with a small exception when they forgot to restock bathroom supplies and replace the towels, however one call to housekeeping resolved this issue. The room service is also good and quite fast. The gym and the swimming pool are also worth to check out. The gym has everything you need for both cardio and weight training. Nothing extra, but you will find all the basic equipment as well as weights and mats. I would also like to mention breakfast we had at the hotel - the food was delicious - everything was fresh, tasty and with a good variety of dishes. On another note, I would like to mention how professional and friendly the hotel staff was. Everyone I was interacting with - including receptionists, Beastro restaurant staff and housekeeping staff - was always ready to help and assist with any requests we had. I can say for sure that the staff made our stay even better and more enjoyable.

To note here regarding the room - by the end of the day we couple hear a canalisation smell so make sure to close the drain when you finish your shower. This hotels has been the very best I have ever experienced in my life. The staff is all over smiling and greeting and offering to help you. Ms Soukaina, Sandani, Mr Musa, Siroj and Riyaz were my favorite, go to staff members trying to answer all the unusual questions I had about Dubia and anything else. I plan on staying at this 4 star hotel again when I visit Dubia and I will refer it to others that will visit Dubia

all staff were great, except for all the recptionist who seemed to be bothered when you ask for something. the room, the facilities, and the building in general are very clean. it is near to the metro, and there is a supermarket nearby. alot of restaurants are also near the hotel. i commend also the staff who politely welcomes all the guests at the main door

I loved that they gave me a free upgrade of the room: I ended up in a huge room by myself. It had a big and spacy living room, a kitchen that even had a washing machine, and a bedroom. The bathroom was amazing, so clean and so modern. The lobby is so luxurious and I loved the smell. The personnel was great, they were helpful in giving me info about the place and around. About the cleaning room, they were also great. The first day I had left a mug in the sink, planning to wash it after my return. But upon my return I found it already washed! I just feel sorry for forgetting to leave the crew a tip. They would also drown me in bottles of water, which I appreciate. The hotel also offers free access to 2 resorts on the Jumeirah palm (which unfortunately do not include the full transfer to them), as well as the transfer to some malls. On evenings/nights you can take a walk and sit at a plaza near the hotel, it is very lively.

Maybe the furnitures could be updated, they were a bit old, nothing too serious. The swimming pool is a bit small, don't expect to go full swimming in them, it is good to sunbath though. The location is okay, it's not that far from the metro station Dubai internet city, but during the day it can be very hot and exhausting to walk. During the night, it's no problem at all. I would have appreciated if the windows could be opened.
