el personal el grosero, no es nada atento, nisiquiera nos indicaron la habitación, mi novio tuvo que buscarla, no cuentan con servicio al cuarto, las sábanas están rotas, muy muy mala calidad en sus blancos.

el personal, tienen muy mala comunicación, y que las habitaciones que me tocaron no se ven como las imagenes que vi en booking, los desayunos hay demasiado ruido con la musica en vivo que mas bien parece ruido.

The one thing I do have to say the location of this hotel is perfect. Right across from the zocalo Central to everything, restaurants located right under the restaurant.

The staff was not very friendly in arrival, nor at check out. The hotel is very old which is part of the charm however, hotel room had roaches we had to move rooms in order to feel comfortable.

The room was too small and no AC but a noisy fan

The property is literally around the corner from the Zócalo. I loved every single thing about the location. Our room did NOT have AC and it was a bit warm but thankfully it rained that evening so we got to sleep with the window open and get some fresh air. Staff was VERY friendly and helpful. The property definitely has a colonial feeling to it and its beautiful.

The location and value for money were fantastic. The room was basic but comfortable and very clean.

There was almost no water-pressure in the shower. It was like walking under a dripping sink.

No AC or cool air flow system to keep room cool during the night; had a fan, but wasn’t enough, plus added noise. cold shower of 10 minutes before warm water kicked in. Had a very pleasant conversation with lobby receptionist during a phone call before the line was disconnected; then, later tried to connect again, and it was a different receptionist not too polite regarding transportation manners to the hotel.

When I checked-in I had dirty towels and a broken fan. They also waste A LOT of water for you to take a shower you have to run the water for about 15 minutes or more to get warm water.

Nice cheap room at the centre of the city.

Mariachi band waking us up at 7-8 am on a sunday. Random ledges and steps you can fall on, such as a 15cm step into the bathroom. Some other minor things: Bed was way too soft for a comfortable sleep. Some ventilation/water pump machine running outside constantly. Hot water taking for ever to arrive at the shower + it's difficult to have the shower at a reasonable temperature. It either burns you or it's cold. Light switch for the bathroom is no where near the bathroom - took us forever to find it.
