This place is astonishing! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel right at home. The property is super close to the town’s center. The restaurant is great and the food was amazing.

The little room was tiny and uncomfortable. No hot water at all. Shower became a pool as soon as you open the cold cascade. It was in the very last corner. Even as we request a better one we were denied any other option. We justify our request cause my wife can walking long stairs.

Good food and drink. Friendly waiting staff. Nice pool and sun lounging area.

No WiFi in our room. We saw a couple of different King rooms and the difference in quality was significant. The ones next to the pool were tiny and had no table or chairs. Patio needs deweeding. Place in general looks a little bit tired.

Loved this adorable, boutique hotel in Suchitoto. The location was great and close to the center. The room and bed were very comfy. Staff were friendly. WiFi was available in the lobby and the restaurant areas. Breakfast was good.

Wifi was bit spotty but no major issues.

We like the swimming pool, dining room, terrace and the pretty plants and ornaments all around.

The rooms lacked bottled water and it was a particular smell around the pool by the green area.

Great location, excellent food and superb service all set in a beautiful boutique hotel.

The location is top-notch. Super close to the town's plaza. Not a single issue on check-in or out. Our kids loved the pool. In my opinion, a deal-breaker with the heat in March!

The hotel is near to the town’s main square, has a nice pool and restaurant has a great food. We will definitely come back again.

The only thing we didn’t like were the taps from the wash basin they needed to be fixed but nothing major.

The room was spacious and full of character.

This hotel is a little piece of tucked-away heaven! You step into what feels like a beautiful art museum, it captures your attention, yet is a relaxed and warm atmosphere. The staff were wonderful, helpful and attentive, breakfast was lovely and meal options good. Our room was stunning both in size and design, clean, spacious, cool and relaxing, we really couldn't have wished for anything more. We didn't use the pool, however, spent a little time in this area and it was regularly cleaned and was of a good size with really pretty surroundings.

It was very overpriced. Food in the restaurant was very overpriced for what it was. Staff were not particularly friendly all the time. We also asked for them to arrange transport to the main airport. They told us it would take 1.5 hours and it took 4 hours. We missed our flight and they did not care. I suggest leaving a long time for travel it would take at least 2 hours without traffic.

It’s a beautiful old building and the rooms are enormous with a nice comfortable sitting area.

Everything is a bit dated, in need of a good thorough clean. Cupboards and some spaces in the room are quite dusty. The staff are ok, not very friendly or welcoming but will help if asked. The food at the restaurant is fine. We had high expectations after reading some reviews, but were underwhelmed. Not the best value for money. Not really the hotel’s fault, but they told us it normally takes 90 mins to get to the airport and helped us to organise a driver for 5am on our day of departure. Driver said we would arrive at 7:15am, however it took just over 4 hours and we missed our flight. So word of warning that it can be very far from the airport so plan your departure accordingly.
