Location is good and accessible to the Bus stop , around the area has restaurants and supermarket. Love the swimming pool on the top floor, guest can also use the gym but I didn't go for it. It is also quite near the airport. The morning buffet is good and sumptuous it lasted me the whole day. Check in and out also smooth. The room is super big and comfy with nice bath tub and tv.

There were some night clubs on ground floor, this made it rather noisy especially on the weekend. It might be better to stay on the higher floor to avoid this.

The location is ideal, far from all the crowded areas, but can get to most of the entertainment places with ease. The saffs were helpful. The overall cleanness of the room is acceptable. The beds are comfortable

The bathroom ventilation in the first room allocated to us was not working (room 321). I complained multiple times and every time the attending technician claimed it is addressed. Eventually after 8 daysI was moved to another room. The restaurant is below average, with limited selections and I would not suggest the food is fresh

Staff are helpful particularly Wiyada who facilitated our early check-in request.

Leak in the bathroom which I reported 5times only on the day before departure did they offer to change the room. Little dusty in areas

The location was good. In general the staff were helpful and pleasant and always cooperative.

The first day right after I checked in, it took some time to settle down. There was a delay in getting some supplies that I ordered and had to repeat my order a few times. The door lock was stuck and the person had to work like 20 minutes to fix this while I was in the room. I feel this could have been avoided if these things are checked before guest check-in. But overall the stay was pleasant. The gym needs a real improvement.

We should be allowed to add breakfast after 1 day.. We didn't choose on check in as we were in hurry.. Later they did not let us choose and ask us to pay 89 aed standard rates which were quiet high. Also the carpet was not so clean in the room.
