I was upgraded to the apartment suite and it was so spacious, the bath was a lovely touch and it was nice to watch the sunset on the balcony

The location was very good being in the centre of harrogate and close to the railway station . The staff were fantastic especially Geoff who was very helpful and proffessional. The breakfast was superb.
Because of its location it can be a bit tricky getting to the property if your in a car. There is a one way system and the sat nav didn't pick up on the location properly. Geoff was very helpful when I rang the property and guided me to the car park at the back of the hotel ( only a few car park spaces are available) . There were a few stains on the carpet in our room but it was clean and comfortable in all other aspects.

Excellant breakfast , our room was clean & comfy , although up 2 flights of stairs , on front of hotel but still quiet

Decor could do with a bit of love in places. Bar prices seemed a bit steep. I bought a couple of drinks and got exactly the same for half the price in another bar.

A lovely pub/ hotel in the heart of Harrogate - I stayed there at the weekend and didn't hear anything from the pub. Stylish, comfy rooms and amazing food/ breakfast. It is in the town centre so likely to be noisy but perfectly acceptable. Friendly staff... stayed there for business but would be even better for a weekend away.

Large room. Biscuits and good quality beverages. Good breakfast choice. Help up stairs with bag. Close to bus and train station and very handy for theatre.
Uncomfortable mattress. No offer of extra coffee at breakfast. TV did not work.

On arrival was lovely very nice place so cosy welcoming .
Only thing I found the floor in bedroom very dusty I dropped my earring not sure when the last time it’s been cleaned but overall I thought it was a lovely place .

Very central location, friendly and accommodating staff.
Room wasn't as clean as we would have liked and the bathroom needed a bit of TLC, room service didn't replace any tea, coffee after the first night. The breakfast on the first morning was REALLY slow due to a large table of on the day customers turning up, the guests staying with breakfast included seemed to be secondary to those turning up to the restaurant just to eat.

The location is perfect, right in the centre of Harrogate. The pub area is really well done up, staff can’t do enough for you and the food is really good.
The room could do with a refresh and having the wooden flooring makes it very noisy above our room.

We got a very warm welcome, incredibly comfy beds in a very well equipped room. Breakfast was very good value for money, and exceptionally tasty. Would highly recommend to anyone x
We were attending a wedding which was at 3pm but couldn't check in before 3pm so had to leave the wedding reception to check in after the ceremony. An early check in for an advanced booking would be a great advantage.

It was In a really good location.
The carpet in the hallway is ridiculously dirty. The room has a weird smell. we had dirty bedding. the throw had a burn mark on it. There is mould in the shower. The white walls are dirty. The paint has been flaking off the countertop in the kitchen area.

Quality of food good throughout, cooked to order. Baked Alaska was runny not meringue texture.
