Cosy simple nae frills clean and air con controls in the room were great !

The lift sadly wasn’t working so the walk up and down the stairs wasn’t ideal but hey probably did me some good!

The room was as expected, small but clean and as it was only one night suited our needs. Bed was really uncomfortable and there was only one towel left in the room

The lift was broken during our stay. Our room was on the third floor and as I have heart problems I struggled to get to and from my room. Also I think it is ridiculous that you have to pay extra for a window!

Cold room, small, and no electrical outlets working. Unhelpful staff. When we complained about the lack of electricity in the USB ports, they didn't offer any solution.

From the first night there was a strong stench of vomit going down the stairs. I reported it yet it remained. I think the carpets need replacement. I avoided the smell by taking the lift as it was fairly unpleasant. I asked fellow visitors if they could smell it, they agreed, in case it was my senses. On the second day the lift broke down so I had to run the gauntlet will the smell. It remained out of order to the end of my fourth and final stay. Trolleys full of bedding were left at top of stairs most days. The room had insulation hanging out of the bathroom lock. I reported it but it remained untreated and dirtied the shower when door moved. But you could not escape the disarray or smell.

easy to get to and staff were nice

Staff were nice but the room was not cleaned well. the floor was disgusting with hair, dirt and even a mini egg. The worst part of this entire experience was the fact I woke up the next day with itchy legs only to search up the bites both my friend and I had were equivalent to bed bug bites. I wish I had noticed before we had left because I wouldve searched under the mattress

The manager was fantastic. I didnt realise the rooms were so small and didnt have a table or much space. I think its fine for just to sleep but if you have some work to do then its not great. The manager understood and let me check out early so very kind of her.

The size of the room and also the cost was much higher for such a small room. No tea facilities in the room but on check out I noticed the tea in the reception but nobody mentioned that

Not much really. I mean the location was perfect for my visit.

I got to the hotel and was ‘welcomed’ by a very unfriendly member of staff, I didn’t catch her name but she had blonde hair and had a very unwelcoming presence. She wasn’t helpful at all with any of my questions at all. Then in the room which is 316, the bed had covers that were stained. The sheets were paper thin and had a rough texture making it uncomfortable to sleep in. The floor looked like it had just had a once over from previous person staying. The shower curtain was pretty much black and looked really contaminated or mouldy. The toilet button that you use to flush didn’t work correctly and kept falling off, and this list could go on. I would avoid this hotel completely. It was the worst stay of my life. It is not fit for purpose and the staff need to learn some manners and change the way they speak to other people including their own members of staff. Thankfully I was only in this room to try and sleep, otherwise I would of left and paid a lot more for something actually worth sleeping in.

В номере есть кондиционер и панель управления, тут все отлично. Но рядом с этим есть электрическая вентиляция, которая не имеет управления и очень очень сильно шумит, потому что комната маленькая и ты слышишь это очень близко. Было сложно уснуть, я не выспалась, и это испортило весь комфорт пребывания.

We had a situation were me and my friend ( two young woman ) had men occasionally going to our door and trying the door handle and looking in our peep hole which we were uncomfortable so we told reception. The fire alarm also went off at 3am

Staff were lovely, room was very clean, bed was comfortable, and the rooms were kept at a nice temperature. Great city centre location without being busy and noisy. If all you want from your hotel is somewhere clean and safe to lay your head at night, Easy Hotel is perfect.

The hotel is in a fantastic location., within walking distance from the centre of Glasgow. The room was clean and comfortable. Perfect for those wanting to explore Glasgow
