Our room had a very nice sea view. Buffet breakfast was very good.

The location is OK - directly at the beach but far away from the crowd. There are not many dining options on site - you need to go by foot or by car to some restaurants nearby (rather not top-rated). The room was spacious and clean.

Everything was nice. Sea View rooms are awesome. Store is there inside hotel where you can buy drinks and food. Access point to local bus stop is very near. Breakfast is also good.

There were no any water rides or attraction in beach which can be enjoyed in month of Jan. I enquired about it. Staff said that attractions are available in April month only.

Beautiful and close to the ocean

First room was’t clean yet. After the cleaning, smell was terrible. Had to change rooms. Second room was nice.

Location, location, location. Excellent beds with pretty firm mattresses.

Breakfast (warm): Very limited choice of vegetarian dishes. Room: Noisy fridge. Public corridors: Muzak 24/7.

it’s right out front the beach. Downside was it doesn’t have a pool but they were very helpful in arranging/sending us to another hotel to enjoy pool activities.

aside from not having their own pool nothing actually maybe a bit too far if you’re traveling by bus.

Dirty beach not suitable for families with children . Dirty windows from entrance to morning breakfast restaurant. They charge double the room if you have 2 children and its a hotel for couples rather than families . Everything else its extra money for everything . They charge to much for water activities . Nothing to do for children . The beach dirty and water deep shallow in the afternoon dangerous for kids. The life guard not always on duty . I was shocked to see the price its almost double if you bring your second child compare with the price for 2 adults 1 child. Room was clean good comfort . I believe the hotel can do much better with proper management. Everything its to expensive for what they have to offer . But its a great hotel for couples getaway retreat.. breakfast its average but enough.

My booking included breakfast but that did not include my kids breakfast and we had to buy a separate ticket for her which was very odd to me. The carpet in our room was wet, not damp but wet upon arrival. The beach was pretty dirty and the facilities were not very kid friendly. Also the front desk gave us discount tickets for the restaurant but upon going there they said they are too full to take us? So why did we get the coupon?

Breakfast was delicious and diverse, the view from the balcony was beautiful. The room was spacious and the staff was nice. Nice souvenir shop with discount, restaurant across the street and a convenience store just 8 minutes away by foot. Calm beach.

Chairs on the beach had to be paid extra. It was not advertised that kids buffet breakfast was not included and we had to pay for it. Neither was advertised that the pool was unavailable (probably for a long time being…). First night we wanted to dine at the Izakaya inside and they demanded a reservation, although we were just 2 people and the place was not crowded. The beach has coarse sand and shells, better not to walk barefoot.

Friendly staff, clean and spacious room, ocean view

Pool was not available and there was no information about this conveyed to me prior to my arrival. I chose this property solely because of the Pool area so it was disappointing. Their Beach is open to Public and I was told to pay a different fee to be able to use the sun-beds and the aqua park area in the sea. Closest convenient store is 8 mins walk from the property.

Breakfast could definitely be improved. Since there’s Corona situation, hotel could have extended breakfast hours to accommodate guests with social distancing protocols. Offer shuttle from main city or airport for easy access.
