Clean room and good toilet size

1. The staff are friendly coz they greet customers 2. Check in and check out process were good 3. The room is just okay for two with useful necessities inside 4. Toilet is clean 5. AC is cold enough 6. Deco in hotel is neat and attractive 7. The hotel is near to many eateries and shops 8. Parking lots are plenty but don't forget to put coupons if you don't want to get summons or else use online apps payment

1. The worst is the next door made noise loudly and banged the door at midnight 2. If possible the hotel management please put the reminder to customers about the courtesy to respect others to rest at night 3. The room rate was a bit higher 4. Plugs in the room especially for the kettle has a problem and the kettle cable is short to boil hot water 5. TV channels mostly Singapore's channels but no local one.
