First I really liked the easy to use underground parking facility accessed via a lift. The reception staff were welcoming and the porter took our cases to our room. The room was larger than expected, with sufficient storage space for our clothes. The bed was large and comfortable. Good WiFi. Quiet. The breakfast has a good range of hot and cold foods. Meals in the cafeteria are also good. Hotel is situated by the beach. Plus there are bars and restaurants nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Would have liked a kettle in the room to make an early morning drink.

The hotel is beautiful and is in front of a wonderful beach. The room was large and comfortable.

The staff were very cool and there was a noticeable absence of warmth and atmosphere. We ate a set dinner which was delicious but we were rushed by the waitress and were asked for our dessert order before even starting to eat. The dinner starts late at 8:30 pm which is normal for Spain but difficult when you have a baby. We had a meal in the cafe in the late afternoon and it wasn't very nice and expensive, a prawn salad with 2 prawns for 10 euro and a home made burger with a quite tough to eat burger bun. The breakfast buffet wasn't very appealing and all pastries came out of a packet. The bread was cut for you but was dry as it had been sitting exposed for a while. The biggest problem was the staff, they varied from ignoring us to acting as if we were an irritation. It is clear that the hotel's target market is business people and conferences. It is not a bad hotel but I feel it is is run solely by accountants and compares unfavorably with our general experience to the other hotels we stayed in where the staff were the nicest and most welcoming.

Need more pillows - provided with 1 flimsy pillow per person. Would have liked to have seen a stocked mini bar instead of just 2x bottles of water
