We loved the view from the french balcony. The chatter was both busy and neighbourhood-like. Everything was above average but not over the top excellent. The price was great.

We more or less liked the place but the sofa was not as comfortable than other sofas I've slept on.

The location and facilities are great. As was the provision of a bed for the dog.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Perfect location - it's hard to know what you want in a location until you arrive in a city but this was perfect. Close to the promenade, shops, bus routes. Everything within walking distance. Sits in a lovely square which was busy and interesting during the day and quiet at night. Apartment had everything you need and was decorated in an interesting, quirky way. A million miles from the "corporate" look.

We couldn't operate our safe and it took a couple of days to sort out. In the end we discovered that the instructions had been incorrectly translated into English but Google Translate helped out there! We paid for parking and there is an entrance to the underground car park right outside the apartment doors. This however turned out to be the wrong one! It would be useful to get clearer instructions as to how to enter the car park.

Absolutely perfect location for exploring Santander. The apartment was really well equipped and very spacious. We will more than likely be back in Santander in the future and would not hesitate to book this apartment again. great little pasteleria just round the corner for little breakfast treat.

Good location, near parking station and restaurants, lovely streets etc. Washing machine a bonus.

All self service and a bit tired.

Excellent location. The washing machine was also a dryer! Unexpected bonus and unusual in Spain. Kitchen well stocked with dishes. We enjoyed our evenings in the apt when the temperature cooled down (see below ). Beds comfortable.

Intermittent bad smell. It was advertised as having A/C, but this was NOT true. There was a single stand alone unit in the living room that struggled to keep the living room at 27-29 degrees. (No instructions came with it and it needed to have water drained periodically—it could not make it all night without drainage even.) The Asia suite faces the sun so to try and keep the temp down we would close the curtains, and then it was cave-like. The bedroom was hotter. I messaged the non existent reception to see if we could have a fan and they never replied. The decor with huge wall with a photo of Mt Fuji is not my cup of tea, but that is a personal thing that is of no consequence. Unit could do with some maintenance—not all bulbs worked in ceiling, shower shelf is only wall brackets. Unable to get fully hot water in shower.

location is great , great condition easy communication by WhatsApp . you will need it to enter the apartment it’s a big apartment, can cook meals

there is ac , but not in the bedroom we had bad smells from the bathroom which made it less comfortable for us. guess it’s not the norma and we had bad luck

Great apartment, before arrival I communicated with Wally on whatsapp and he was very helpful and everything was errenged quickly and efficiently. Apartment is in great location, very specious and nicely decorated, clean and comfortable. I would definitely recomend it.

Really friendly and helpful reception staff who helped with luggage and directions to a nearby car park. The Art Suite is everything other commentators have already said, really comforatable, a bit quirky, reasonably well-equipped, lots of good restaurants close by and an excellent choice for short-term accommodation.

No hot water in the kitchen sink made washing up a bit of a hassle, especially as the plug did not work and our first lot of water drained away. But we managed with the help of a big saucepan and a kettle full of hot water. The host recommended that we use the dishwasher but it's not exactly environmentally friendly for a few plates and cups. It's only a little niggle but it ought to be sorted out.

It wasn’t totally clear how to access the apartment from outside the building but we go there in the end.

We had to wait 20 mins for someone to come and check us in.

Its the second time we stayed here so that says something. Close to everything and a nice view at the square.

Had to ask for a discount at the parking under the square, dishwasher was so so and had to ask for glasses. No big things but not very atentive.
