Very well situated and absolutely spotless. Excellent facilities in the apartment.

The room was spacious and very accessible to downrown.

There was no elevator.

Unfortunately there was no elevator and the rooms were located on floor above the ground floor We were traveling with a little kid a stroller and a quite heavy suit case which made it a bit complicated

Noise is a small issue, we brought ear plugs so nothing too much but would recommend them. Bathroom could do with a bit more privacy on both the window (vinyl on window would be good as blond not perfect match to have down constantly) bathroom door also very transparent and was unable to be closed during our visit.

Access was straight forward once you had all the electronic key numbers to access the building and the room. There isn’t a reception so everything is communicated online, and doable.

All communication is online and although we became aware of this after booking, and although it worked in the end. It was a bit of a problem as we were touring from Alicante travelling up to Santander stopping off at other locations on our journey and having to send passport details and photographs of these online was a pain. We also paid for a so called Superior Room with a view of the town. Really there was nothing superior about the room. It was a room divided in sections by Plywood. And there was no view! As you looked out of the French window, there was a tree either side obstructing and views other than at the multi story building opposite and the street directly below. There was no air conditioning and the room became hot during the night as we were unable to open the double glazed French window because of traffic noise from the street. It looked to us that the so called superior room was the one next door, which would have also had a better view of or part view of the town. The bed wasn’t that comfortable either, and the walk in shower would have over flowed if you took a litt E longer in the shower. We stayed at five different places on this journey and Urban Suites would be voted as number 5. So bottom of the pile. I’m not saying it was rubbish, I’m just saying it wasn’t up to our expectations and the price was also more than we paid at the other accommodations where our expectations were achieved. Basically in our view the room did not match the price of a “Superior Room”
