Liked everything.. stay.. food.. facilities.. overall too good

Booking.com had mentioned single occupancy even though three adults was selected during booking.. they were so understanding and cooperative and met all needs

Very old , needs to be renovated and better service. Always late to respond . My shoe was stolen and later returned. This hotel to me is an embarrassment now. So my sister & I moved to Leela Palace

Half of the electric plugs in the room not working. Cumbersome lighting central control in the room. Breakfast room overcrowded and super slow service

Breakfast (Idli, Vada and Pongal was the best). We infact met the chef to thank him.

Nothing as such. Overrated hotel.

Rooms are noisy. AC is chilling even if you switch off. Rooms are having strange humming noise. Bathrooms are dirty and faucets are broken. Carpets are worn out in the room and corridors. Gym is poorly maintained and several equipment are just laying and not working. No attended in the gym. Restaurant serving bowls empty during breakfast. Rude staff at reception. Reception manager was behaving rudely with the staff —> no doubt why the staff is behaving rude with customers.
