The Managers - Danielle & Pete were so helpful and friendly. My husband was in hospital and my daughter came to stay with me. Pete put another single bed in the room for my daughter. When we came home from the hospital, they had given us another set of fresh towels and turned the air con. on so that we were not cold when we arrived back at around 9.00pm.
it was a lovely thought, and we are very appreciative of their kindness and understanding.
I would definitely stay there again and highly recommend the Lancaster Court Motel to everyone.

The only good thing about the hotel was , it was close to the hospital where we were needing to be daily.
They advertise on booking and on the hotel information sheet inside the room that they do daily room services, they advised they do not do this anymore because of the amount of towel’s customers were using. The noise from the main road is constant and the trucks wake you up early every morning. The neighbour likes to also play loud grunge music at night. We were advised they have ongoing issues with this neighbour. We couldn’t wait to leave.

The Manager was very welcoming, and key pick up was easy. Parking was outside the room. Room was clean and comfortable.
Fresh milk would be a nice touch and is always a bonus when making your own coffee and tea. I understand that LongLife milk in carton is more practical for small businesses.

Pete and Danielle were very friendly. They came up to our room and asked if everything was good. They were very friendly and joined us for a drink on the balcony. Room was neat and tidy and also clean. Couldn't ask for a better place to stay. Atmosphere was amazing.

room was not really clean enough, old unit room. cups were not clean

well equipped room, coffee, water in the fridge, very friendly owner. restaurants nearby. close to the city center by car.
noisy due to the near road, old windows. the doors shut loudly every time guests go in/out. a few renovation could make the overall impression better: new carpets, shower, soundproof windows.

wifi was good, room was clean, bed was comfy. an older style property, could do with an update but great value for money. i would stay there again.
Bathroom was old and a little shabby, but it worked!
