Clean food was great great pool with great poolside facilities

I paid for a room for 3 adults but the room was prepared for 2 ,i requested additional robes and linen but it wasnt resolved.also we were charged twice for breakfast and the only way i got my money back was to get a helpful Philippine lady that spoke english to speak to the restaurants staffon my behalf

The property was really clean, the staff were really courteous including bellboy and security , very attentive to all our needs. Our room cleaner was the best, forgot her name but she did amazing. The Manager named maam Jen was really attentive and greeted us on our first day. She continued to check on us through out our stay. We stayed with family and the stay was very well remembered due to the best service from staff to management. Kudos to all.

The breakfast buffet. The Christmas buffet was just okay. Nothing spectacular. The shrimps were even limited… 😮

The location is good .it has walking distance to the mall.and the breakfast was pretty good. it is good for both Filipino and foreign people and for the children too.

The cofffe is not so warm/ hot.
