Super accommodating staff. I believe we got the best room with the best view 1114! Just a hint for those who wish to stay at B-Hotel. We had planned to use the pool, but did not get a chance. Walked by the breakfast and lunch buffet every day and wish we had tried it. Looked scrumptious! we were just constantly on a time crunch so we could not really enjoy the amenities, but our room was great and the staff was awesome! The hotel allowed us a late check-out since we were going straight to the airport and had no place else to go and did not charge us extra. We stayed for 5 nights as a family with a 4-year old.

the ONLY mini-negative I have to provide is that the shower pressure was kind of weak being on the top floor. Oh and please provide a better smoking area for smoking guests. It was really kind of disgusting being right next to the garbage dump in the basement. We all know smoking is bad, but please don't treat the paying guests like that. It really is filthy down there and smells like garbage, cockroaches moving around your feet, wet garbage juice floor....really gross.

the staffs are good and polite especially the errand boys. the waiter at the restaurant is very polite and quick. On my third day I requested a different meal for breakfast and they cooked me a very nice pancakes. thank you so much! I also requested to omit the eggs because my mom cant eat eggs and asked for salad. They gave us a big delicious green salad.The driver at the pick up and drop is a nice guy too! The bed maker also is good our sheets are always clean everyday, thank you!The 2 female clerks are slow I was asking for something and promised to have an answer later but it never came.The female-clerk was not wearing mask ( short hair) as I remembered maybe because it was late and no guests at all but should have.The location is very good there is a convenience store just across the street and very near from the shopping malls.

the room was too cold, we turned off the air-conditioner but still very cold we almost catch cold. we requested extra blankets which were warm and soft.
