I like that the venue is only 6mins to muntinlupa sports complex. Also, they have parking. The price is is also okay for 3 days/2days. I also like the staffs. I like ms edz, helped us to adjust the beds.

I didn't like the bar located also on the first floor of the motel. Our family rooms are right on top of the club. We're also bouncing while we're sleeping. 😂😭

My room was moved 3 times - 1 unit the A/C couldn’t be adjusted; 1 unit the toilet seat was completely “ripped-off” of the toilet - just porcelain 😳; 1 unit no water would come out of the shower - just a cold trickle… All the while I dragging my bags, from room to room (in the hot/humid summertime in Manila), only to end-up in the very 1st room, which A/C COULD NOT BE ADJUSTED - Guest is just forced to turn plug 🔌 it in or unplug it…🤷🏽 That room was on the 2nd Floor (Stairs/No Elevator) directly above a dance club / nightclub/ bar / disco that was playing “House Music” by some DJ who was “over utilizing” his ‘synthetic bass’. This in turn (trying to sleep directly above this ungodly noise), resulted in not only the club/bar noise superseded the max TV volume - But ear plugs were needed to sleep☝🏽 Worst than that, the walls were actually “shaking” as well as the bed, furniture & floor…!!! Finally after lying in bed from 9 PM to Midnight (3-hrs straight of) staring into the rooms darkness with my bed shaking & ears listening to absolute extreme noise… I stormed downstairs to the reception & I completely “lost it with them”…!!! They moved me to the top (4th) floor as far away from the downstairs dance hall / bar / disco / nightclub as possible - they main negative was having to walk up & down 4 flights of stairs… The 2nd night while sleeping in my 4th floor room, I a woken-up at 3 AM by a ‘barking dog’ 🤔 & it was as it this dog were right outside my room door. I’m now wide-awake because this dog won’t stop barking, so… I turn on my room light on, get dressed & go outside to investigate.

very noisy especially at night can't sleep well because there is a bar just downstairs. The stench of the water coming out was like canal water, the TV had not yet turned on when we entered and the stench was already there. we will never comeback again 😡

Very simple yet comfortable ang rooms. newly renovated din ang room na nabigay sami. modern and cozy. For the price of 900 pesos, I guess this is one of the cheapest deal I ever had.

It was a hassle-free stay and super ideal for travelers like us who are in a budget. The room was neat and spacious that makes it perfect for me and my husband. May malinis na mga sheets and towels (2pcs), may basic amenities. Staff were so polite and welcoming. We had no issues dealing with them. they are mabait

Another thing na super na appreciate namin sa location ng hostel na ito is yung convenience store sa Ground Floor na i guess open 24 hrs.. so kung need mo ng food, other supplies, easily accessible. Di na kailangang lumayo. sa room naman, basic lang talaga. for overnight sya I can say na ok na talaga

Very glad there's this accommodation within Tunasan where we stayed overnight before we attended my colleague's wedding. Not much expectation set from our end as we only pay 800 for an overnight stay

Got this room for only 950 and we have another room booked for the same amount. Hindi kami nag expect ng anything extra. We just really need a place to stay at for the night. Basta may AC, private bathroom, and comfortable sheet ok na sa amin kasi we left really early din naman for the wedding. Giving this 10/10 kasi very affordable for us.

One thing that made us very comfortable here is that may telephone sila sa room. Its really easy to connect sa reception if we need anything or if we have special request. Also, ok din samin na bago yung AC sa room na nabigay sa amin. malamig and comfortable talaga

Dirty smelly rooms, felt itchy the whole stay

Im not expecting much when we booked here kasi very cheap lang ng rate na binayadan namin and we are planning to stay for a couple of hours lang before we proceed to Batangas. But since very peaceful and comfy ng room, we over slept actually. Nakapag check out kami 12:30PM na. Will be back

Have travelled solo and kahit solo ako na girl, I feel secured kasi may safety features naman yung room. Also, clean ang room nila with good space to park my luggage and other stuffs. Will be back here everytime I have to travel to Tunasan

Perfect to sa mga magbbarkada na need ng maraming rooms. madami silang rooms to offer dito and so far lahat naman ng na occupy namin is malinis, well maintained and masisipag ang mga staff nila here. I think they have improved alot since iba yung mga comments nung past year. its really worth a try,

Have attended an event na wiithin Tunasan. We have our own car naman per kahit commute madaling makita yung place. accurate naman sya sa waze. upon arrival, we were greeted by staff na mababait and hospitable. no hassle sa check in and kahit sa check out the next day

Friendly ang mga staff and well trained din. Hindi kami nahirapan mag check in, check out , and kahit may special requests. napaka accommodating nila. Malinis din ang kwarto and well maintained din kaya so far alam ko na safe naman dito

Sent message to verify location but no answer. Tried calling but no answer as well. Room had cockroach . Dishonest staff . I ordered meal delivery chicken and spaghetti from fast food chain and they charged me php 350 without giving any receipt. I tried to follow up receipt but staff just disappeared. Horror experience .
