The photos are so appealing but it’ll be one of your stressful staycation ever! • Bathroom and toilet - smelly, stained toilet bowl and no water drainage outside the shower room. My partner and I had to clean the toilet room before we were able to use it. asked the host to bring us cleaning aid, which he provide but didn’t bother to offer help. We spent roughly 2 hours cleaning the bathroom and kitchen. • Kitchen - very poor condition, the utensils were crawled by small roaches, under cabinet full of empty alcohol bottles. We cleaned the tops, kitchen wares, stove and disinfect them too. • No towel provided - host reasoned all their bath towels got stolen (Not our fault). have provided us with only 1 white towel upon my request. • Cleaning attendant for this property will just have to bring out the garbage bag because we left the room clean and tidy.

The dirty pool filled with floating scum 9. Shower not hot 10. Cooking hobs turned off every minute, couldn't cook. 11. Smoke alarms ilegally covered with plastic bags 12. No help from booking.com whatsoever, no reply, we left and lost all our money we paid....still no contact from them, felt really abandoned by them in a far away country. 13. The whole experience was very stressful
