Prime location. And compact rooms. I loved the open kind of model bathroom

Behind the curtains. I could see lot of dust. Unclean areas. The provided mini fridge was not working. The safe locker was not working. And tv entertainment has very limited channels.

A good location. Clean & Tidy hotel. we stayed here on 2 different occasions. Lots of restaurants just around the corner!

The cleaners were Lazy. There was dust and not sure if sheets were changed or just freshened up!

The front desk staffs are very helpful. Price is affordables.

The room got some unpleasant smell. The Air conditioning also not functioning well. Should improves cleanliness. There is no direct access to room and lobby from the car park. Car park is limited.

The room is quite big. Location is in the middle of Kuala Lumpur. Everything you need just a distance away. Public transport also available nearby. Fast food also nearby...

Cleanliness is big problem...I think management should look at the cleanliness seriously for providing better service to your customers.. A lot of furniture inside room make the room crowded for nothing 🥲 Arenaa star is a unique and beautiful hotel but it's really need makeover..aircond problem bedsheets dirty even after they change new one pillow also dirty with stains and hairs 🥺 Two nights at arenaa star is nightmare,,I really can't sleep huhuuu People come to hotel to have great/memorable time and comfortable stay/sleep🙏🙏

The bed sheets were dirty and oily. The wash basin was inside the room and outside the washroom, which I didn't liked.

Avoid! Disgusting place! Very dirty! Never stay in my life in such dirty place. We booked the room for 4 nights, but we run a way after first night. It seems that they not clean the rooms at all. Mold everywhere and smells of it extremely strong. Photo of day we arrived are attached.
