Очень профессиональные сотрудники, много раз оказали содействие в решении вопросов. Довольно большой чистый двухместный номер, тихо, хорошая сантехника, чайник / чай/ кофе. Отличный ресторан Лесной, были и на завтраке и на ужине.

De taxichauffeur van het hotel. Hij kwam te laat en vertrok niet direct. Hij deed het erg rustig aan. Dat was teleurstellend en past niet bij de rest van het personeel dat uiterst aardig en uiterst service gericht was.

Très propre. Bien équipé : kit bouilloire, chaussons, peignoir, sèche cheveux... Personnel pro 24h/24, parlant à peu près anglais. On vous aide à monter les bagages. Grande TV. Literie confortable. Bon gel douche, bonne pression d'eau, eau chaude.
Bonne communication en amont et organisation du transfert aéroport, bien qu'il soit plus cher que les tarifs pratiqués par d'autres hôtels ou taxis.
J'ai dû écourter mon séjour car loger dans cette chambre était une torture en raison du bruit du carrefour auquel se trouve l'hôtel. Klaxons absolument en permanence, accélérations de moteurs qui vrombissent, malgré une insonorisation des fenêtres c'était simplement insupportable, même avec des boules Quies. Cela ne se calme pas avant 1h du matin, et encore. Ensuite, on entend les gens parler dans les couloirs.
De plus, la fenêtre est grande et il n'y a pas de volets, uniquement des rideaux mal occultants. Ainsi, en été, à 6h du matin, tout le jour entre dans votre chambre.
Le personnel est un peu mesquin car il regrette les désagréments mais m'a fait néanmoins payer trois nuits pleines alors qu'au final je n'en ai passée qu'une (arrivée vendredi matin, départ samedi après-midi), et encore, sans dormir.

The staffs are awesome, they are friendly and helpful. I can stay comfortably on this point.
The shower was the worst I’ve ever had. While washing my hair with shampoo, the water of shower became super hot like boiled water. My back got be red and hurt.
I tried to call reception but it’s not connected. Finally, I filled up the bottle I had and washed it off.
It is really important for shower temperature. Staffs are super nice but I won’t stay this hotel again.

The room was clean and decently decorated, the bed was very comfortable. The restaurant is pretty, cozy and comfortable, the breakfast was great. The staff was very professional, polite, comforting and ready to assist in any situation. And if you like seeing interesting soviet architecture - the location is superb. A short walk will let you see some of the most interesting historical buildings of the city.
The room had some small of signs of age and wear: some small scratches on the wall from one of the chairs, the towel shelf in the bathroom was bent in it's mounts and was looking a bit fragile. Nothing major or serious, but just a little bit of work could get even a budget room to look top-notch.
Probably the two most uncomfortable things were that the bed table lamp did not work and that the fridge in the room was a bit noisy, it took a little time to get used to the noise and fall asleep.

Early check-in they charge 50% of room cost its higher than ether hotels usually early check-in free or 10-25% . For that reason i think next visit to bishkek if reach early will book ether hotel but if reach afternoon definitely i will come to this hotel

Good location, nice rooms- comfortable with good facilities. Breakfast has a good choice of food and although not included in the price, the restaurant is a great evening meal option. Staff very friendly.

# The hotel staff in general very kind and helpful , specially the front desk lady ( Kani ) and the concierge gentleman Mr Aziz ,both are very attentive and ready to do anything for you.
# The location is very central , just a short walk to the malls wich were handy.
# The arrangement of airport transfers were made accurately ( Its chargeable ) 10 us dollars each way ,but its good and worth it.
