The Property was in a very good location and accessible.

Humidity in the corridors makes it feel quite unhealthy. I asked for a room change because of that. Somehow the staff do their best to be nice but their stress level seems so high that their attitude feels rushed

The food was fresh and tasty. Options were plenty. The staff although most of them were junior, seemed to be trained to talk to the customer, ask about their preferences, basically being courteous, was excellent. I could see the staff happy, smiling and mingling. When you see people enjoying their work, that is serving you the customer, you are always delighted to be there. Let this not taper down please ! Keep this up always.

For parking you could have made better arrangements, yes there is valet parking but the space and parking bays should have been maintained.

The food was terrible for a 5 star property. the breakfast buffet was bland. The highly rated MKC was a bad experience. Most items completely drenched in the same sauce no balance of flavours and lacks any quality.

Bathroom was not clean, electricity didn't work for first hour plus of our 9 hour stay, eating options not great if you don't do breakfast and are not a big eater.

Absolutely great breakfast here! Made my stay in Chennai so much better- all the staff from the restaurant manager, chefs, check in staff, all do a great job at helping us feel welcome here. Massage in spa was excellent. Housekeeping was so friendly! The staff is better than the other 5 stars I stayed at in Chennai so they put together an amazing team here. Also it is close to the Phoenix mall.

pool was not that great but I didn’t use it- looked too small for the amount of people using it, but this is in a crowded city so I understand!

Enjoyed the food and the personal attention along with great service. Extra special mention for the housekeeping staff, Kowsi and Hari, who cleaned our room very well and made really superb towel dogs and flower shape on the bed. Truly Awesome!! Sikandar at reception was very polite and helpful. Chef Rawat was delightful and a pleasure to meet. Good massage and ambience at the Spa. Ranjan at concierge helped a great deal and is truly appreciated.
