The location is excellent, close from everything. The Hostel has bar&restaurant where you can drink and eat, also some souveniers. It was clean and nice environmental.

The location is great - right in the middle. The bed was very comfy and the room was nice. The kitchen and bathroom were clean and the kitchen had great space and signage. There was a dining room area which we loved. The staff were always very friendly. There was luggage storage which was accessible after we checked out.

The kitchen is only open to a certain time which caught us a few times (but it is late). We were down some steep stairs so if you had big luggage it would be difficult which saw for a few people. There's more steep stairs to get to the kitchen which didn't affect us but something to have in consideration.

Stuffy , smelly rooms, staines on the bed sheets and duvet , dirty toilets and showers, very steep staircases, smell of lit tabacco and other substinces .poor lighting . Price is expensive for what i got

Tienen personal muy amable, y carismático, tuve un inconveniente con la reserva, y el personal de recepción me ayudó proporcionandome todas las opciones disponibles. La recepción está abierta todo el tiempo, lo cual es perfecto cuando te toca a último momento pasar una noche en Amsterdam

It was nicely located in the center.

Everything was ok, but I don’t like the behavior of the staff. I am a brown girl and never traveled alone, this was my first solo trip and paid 120 euros for two nights because wanted it to be safe and hygienic as mentioned it was my first solo trip. But the staff was not that friendly towards brown people or maybe i am the only one who felt it. As I went to check in, I noticed that the staff was talking in a friendly way to other people but as I went to the reception they didn’t even shared a smile instead I got see a long face. Also, it is a hostel which means we can bring our food and drinks from outside, so I bought a beer and some dinner from outside but one of the staff member said that I mustn’t drink this beer in the drinking area (where everyone else was having their drinks) if I want to drink it than I have to go in the kitchen. Apart from this everything was ok.
