Hotel location is very close to some amenities, clean area and very friendly well spoken staff.

Buffet breakfast is the same menu everyday , one of the beds from room 142 had bed bugs , experienced this 2 days before check out, my nephew suffered from bed bugs bites. Rooms doesn't have a small bar fridge .

The location is beautiful with a local park a few steps away.

I would have to ask to have my bedding changed during a 9 day stay. At one point I had to ask for trash removal and toilet paper.Not enough vegan entrees at adjoining restaurant.

We had a great stay! The location is great on the outskirts of Amsterdam and the hotel itself is really nice and is in a lovely area

Just outside of the city centre in a very nice park. Rooms were clean, tidy and cosy! The staff is very helpful. We didn't take breakfast but had luch and that was very good as well.

It's inside a beautiful park. Staff was really friendly and breakfast was really good for the price. Room was spacious, clean and comfortable. Little bit far away from the center but you can take the tram (no: 3) it's 15 mins. I recommend it to families with kids.

Fabulous location on a beautiful park. Very quiet and gorgeously comfortable bed. Loved the eco friendly vibe. Lovely bar area and staff very friendly and helpful. Room cleaned regularly to a high standard. Excellent shower and lovely toiletries. Quirky art and signs which were fun

Toilets in the room were like little cupboards. No comfort or privacy. Big room but lacking in coziness - bit industrial chic. Air con didn’t work brilliantly and as it was an attic room, it got very hot and there was no nice view. No wardrobe or chest of drawers - just a few hangers on a short rail

Good location, good size rooms and staff were super friendly and nice.

The system kept trying to sell me breakfast even though I had booked it already. you can hear bass from clubbing nearby if you face the front, still going at 2 or 3am, and my window didn’t close properly.

Very nice room, extremely comfortable bed. The bar and the restaurant downstairs are very nice! only about 10 mins on the tram to get to the centre. bikes for hire. the shop downstairs has a nice supply of bits and pieces.

the temperature was a little cool. real brakes on the hire bikes for tourists would be nice!
