I liked the location and the cleanliness of the sheets. Also the price was far better than anything else I could find in London at short notice.

The bottom bunk of the three row bunk bedd is practically on the ground, and right next to the lockers so it is very trafficked and very difficult to sleep. Also the room had something of a smell but not egregious.

Es barato y la ubicación es buena. Las camas son cómodas y estaba limpio.

Para usar la consigna hay que pagar y solo aceptan monedas, por lo que tuvimos que sacar dinero en efectivo por primera vez en todo el viaje exclusivamente para eso. Además, a partir de cierta hora, solo se puede acceder a la consigna (que está pasando el bar) saliendo a la calle y entrando en el edificio por el bar (donde el portero te pedirá identificación). Es bastante incómodo tener que entrar y salir constantemente. En cuanto a la habitación, había mucho ruido de la calle y se hacía complicado dormir. No hay enchufe en la cama, solo USB. Además, tienes que descargarte una aplicación para abrir las puertas tanto del hostal como de la habitación. Nosotros solo queríamos dormir 5-6 horas el último día porque volábamos muy pronto al día siguiente y para eso sirve. No lo recomendaría para una estancia completa.

Great value for money. Clean, easy access to the bar, and a great location for our weekend trip. Can't get much better for the price.

The only storage included in the rooms are huge, heavy cages underneat the beds. We didn't use them. as they were too much hassle to take out. We were woken up multiple times throughout the night to guests slamming open and throwing luggage into theirs. Not to mention groups of drunk students shouting and laughing in the halls in the small hours of the morning. Not the best night's sleep.

The worst experience of my life, in this hostel no one is responsible. Due to weather reasons my plane was canceled so I arrived a day after my reservation, I spoke to the reception (Luna) about my problem and she told me that there was no problem, that my reservation was still valid and would be respected, upon arriving at the hostel (Thursday) they tell me at the reception (Brayan and Roberto) that my reservations were canceled and that the hotel is full, that they already spoke with the manager and they agreed to refund my money. I had 2 reservations, from Thursday to Sunday and from Sunday to Monday for my brother. On Saturday they call me and tell me that they are not going to refund me and that I also have to show up for my Sunday reservation because it is still active (when they told me it had been cancelled). I tried to talk to the manager to fix the situation and I always got negative responses, they do not want to be responsible for their actions and the poor training of their staff, I do not recommend anyone to stay at this hostel because they are not responsible for their actions and lies.

Localização muito boa, comodidade do quarto aceitável, fiquei em um quarto com 4 camas neste alojamento e éramos em 3 pessoas, a última cama ficou vazia, tornando o quarto privativo, e a higiene da casa de banho estava em boa situação. Mais em questão de Custo Beneficio recomendo e muito.

Na Noite que fiquei hospedado tinha show de karaokê no Bar que fica próximo a recepção, onde o mesmo teve barulho em certo horário, Mais nada que atrapalhassem o sono de quem passeou o dia inteiro pela cidade.

La ubicación es buena.

Por empezar el servicio que ofrece, son jóvenes que no tienen ni idea de lo que hacen, no responden por la gente ni se hacen responsable de nada que pase. Me robaron una chaqueta de zara con dinero y mi id dentro y su respuesta fue que no sabían y no podían hacer nada. El desayuno es ridiculo, cobrar 6 libras por esa basura es de ser un cara dura. recomiendo comprar comida en el supermercado antes que comer ahí. tiene poco lugar para poder pasar el rato y estar relajado, no tiene lugar donde estar con los ordenadores o donde sentarse a comer. Por la noche cierran la terraza de arriba que es el único lugar donde se puede fumar y la gente fuma en la lavandería. DESASTRE!

I didnt realise there were two other people in the room as i didnt return until just before midnight due to meeting family for a meal and 1 was snoring quite loudly so i was on and off sleep a lot unfortunately

Van de kamer en het bed ben ik redelijk tevreden.

De badkamers vielen me enorm tegen. Op de verdieping waar ik zat, waren er letterlijk 3 toiletten voor de hele verdieping. Ze waren constant bezet en altijd enorm vuil.

No real keys or card option, you need to download an app, create an account, enter a code etc etc and then use your phone and bluetooth to open several doors. Some phones aren't always able to download apps easily, or your internet may not work even with the wifi. The room was quite stinky and too hot and the heater was on, the tiny window didn't open much so couldn't really air the room and cool it down The place is a bit of a maze for one night and the chill out room isn't very easy to find !

La cantidad de baños y duchas por piso para la cantidad de huéspedes es poca. La chill room consiste en SOLO dos sillones para 5 pisos que tiene el hostel, considerando que tiene habitaciones de 32 personas por lo que no hay lugar físico donde uno pueda estar, obligando al huésped a estar en su habitación (donde tampoco hay lugar suficiente más que la cama). El personal al momento del check in no nos brindó información sobre la estructura.

Extreme noise. We stayed on the 3rd floor and there are many doors in the hall way and each gets slammed when closing. For two nights, there were people chatting loud and playing games in the chill out room until 3am. I send messages to the front desk letting them know about the noise and no one responded. If there is no supervision from staff, people don’t follow rules. Terrace and chill out room trash cans were full of food waste. We saw three rats in the terrace.

Finding in actual hostel with good size rooms in London is tricky. But this one was ok.

The common area was lame.

Loved the terrace and Chil out room with kettle and microwave. Personnel, cleanliness, location, GOKI as well.

It was a bit stuffy in the room, air conditioning or ventilation would have been turned on at least at night.
