clean and spacious … located in the center of town

We went for a birthday and the staff were so helpful, special thanks to crystal, staff were very helpful and made our stay wonderful, great security polite and respectful

Easy access to the beach and the included breakfast was amazing.

Furnishings a little outdated, but this fact added to the overall charm.

Hotel room was clean and comfortable with a balcony, air con, fan etc. The location was great, on the main strip, not on the beach side but cross the road and you can access the beach easily. Breakfast was lovely and included.

Low water pressure but found that throughout most of Jamacia. Alot of the TV channels had poor reception.

Rooms were comfortable, especially the beds. Nice space by the bar and swimming pool. Close to the beach.

Food not so good.

the property was clean, the gym needs improving, it seem neglected and unkept but over all nice place

The included breakfast was top notch. Its a great place to relax.

This hotel has been great! Staff, room, breakfast…and good value for money!

It’s not in the beach. You have to cross a road. But they help you to cross, provide you of beach towels, and you have beach chairs and umbrellas in the best beach of negril

There were no adjoining rooms for family

Breakfast and location was great. The staff was awesome

The room had some ants, my concerned was listen to and taken care of. The mirror in the room was old and look moldy. However even thou it was addressed it wasn’t taken care of.

I loved everything of this hotel food at the restaurant pool staff room I spent a fantastic week in this place

Breakfast, close to the beach, nice room with a patio.

Weird low humming sound in the room, that you can't put out. Didn't prevent sleeping.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was very tasty and they cater for all diets.

It was a superb stay! We wished we could be there longer. It's like being in Marrakech! Pansy, Lorraine and the team were so lovely and friendly. The pool was divine, the brekkie was tasty. The grounds were so comfortable and beautiful. See you again! From Karla Marie and Shezal.x

The rooms could be re-painted, put drinking glasses in the room and water, plus ex plug sockets Everything else was amazing!

I like everything... The environment, the staff... Food was good. I had a good time here. I will return 💜
