To expensive for what you get. For 270 $ a night Compare to others 120$ same thing 7 miles nice and clean. Was expecting a little bit more luxury for that price.

The location is great! Sandy H is on the beautiful and clean beach and close to town as well. Food is well priced and beach bar is very good. The staff are friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and clean. 7 min down the beach is Miss Lilly’s resto and beach bar which has a great vibe!

Pool was not busy but coûd have been a bit cleaner.

Room fantastic, check in was unusual. Communal areas great. Beach area great.

Bar/restaurant service areas slow and little knowledge. Food average in all areas. Gym equipment outdated. On 3 occasions no beach towels.

The proximity to the beach was awesome and we had incredible weather to enjoy it.

Whenever we went to order food...the only response was 'we don't have that'...was disappointing to be in Jamaica at a Jamaican owned hotel and hear that response when we wanted Ackee & Saltfish or Chicken wings. We had to go other restaurants.

The breakfast terrace and bar are right on the beach. We had continental breakfast included. It was fresh and delicious. Additional extras like omlette ect. could be ordered for an extra charge. The location right on the beach is perfect and there are several restaurants within walking distance. The staff was attentive and helpful. The hotel manager and the man for all questions (Pops?) were always interested in giving the guests a good time. The rooms are clean and well maintained. We ate 2 times in the hotel restaurant and found it fresh and delicious. We would very much like to vacation here again.

The pool was not very inviting but who needs a pool when the beach is right outside the front door?

modern place on 7 mile beach. big rooms and bathroom. Staff super friendly and helpful.

nothing really to complain. we had an upgrade to ocean front view. be mindful when you book because when you book ocean view it might be a bit misleading and not be what you expect.

The property was in a very good location.

The sheets on our bed were not clean and my husband and I both came away with bed bug bites all over our back sides!!:(

Sandy Haven is a beautiful hotel literally located on Seven Mile beach with incredibly friendly staff. The decor in the reception area and foyer were exquisite.

Hotel is located at the beach with big, cozy rooms with a terrace. The room is equiped with a minibar, coffemaker and a big bathroom and was very clean. Beds were very, very comfortable. Parking is on the spot and all the resort is secured. The staff were amazing and nice. There were different types of breakfast to choose and we were never disapointed about it. You can go every morning for a walk on the long beach and spent a day on the beds on the beach with a bar . Hotel restaurant serves dinner as well. At the end we felt very welcomed in this resort. At the end they even allowed us to check out later than official time with no extra cost.

Just a small remark to the persons on the front desk. Don't start talking about the money that needs to be paid for the staying in the resort and the "incidentals charge" soon after you say hello to the guest and grabbing his credit card. Would be nice to hear first about what the resort offers to the guest. That was my only negative impression in this resort.
