Nice hotel near the 7 mile beach

No hot water for shower for the first 2 nights of my stay, Wifi is slow in my bedroom but when I go outside it’s good. Toilet overflowed on my 3rd day (I didn’t do anything) I just woke up like that Their gym doesn’t have oxygen, can’t breath inside cause it’s too closed

This is my go to hotel in Negril. I love everything about the property. ALL staff are very pleasant and welcoming as always.

Nothing I didn’t like.

There are many properties on Negril Beach Road. However, Travellers will always be my favorite. It is my absolute home away from home. Maybe, they will hire me when I retire.

A thicker blanket in my room. The room was very cold and got too hot when I turned off the air conditioning.

Location,staff and facilities.

AC broken down overnight.

Very nice place with greenery, lovely pool area and right on the beach.

Rooms could do with an upgrade. Staff did support us with changing rooms to the newly renovated rooms.

Location was nice. The rooms were clean.

The property was okay. But the experience with the staff was disappointing.The front desk staff was nice but hotel security personnel were horrible and rude. Mr Turner was excellent, he provided excellent customer service.

Walking distance from downtown Negril, steps away from the beach and with a decent sized pool. The pool has a swim up bar but there was no bar service. We had a room with 2 beds and those are fairly hard to find. I had a medical emergency and the staff were very helpful, they let me call reverse charge to my insurance company and gave me tips for choosing a clinic. Our room gave access to a tiny porch with a table and chairs so we could chill just outside. We liked that it was a mixed clientele and not just foreigners. Also, awesome sunsets.

Can't think of anything, really. Maybe the bed could have been squishier.
