Staff couldn't have been more attentive. The decor and facilities were deserving their 5 star rating. Excellent breakfast range. Close enough to all Abu Dhabi has to over with good taxi service on hand.

As a 5 star hotel the bar and restaurant prices were understandably high, so we ate out for other meals.

Everything… from the welcoming as soon as I came in until the last minute I left the property. I reserved a two bedroom suite and I was upgraded to a presidential suite… which was fabulous to say the least… The room had beautiful panoramic views, spacious and impeccable clean… I love their attention to the details after each cleaning of the room… The location is also prime, walking distance to the galleria mall and a number of the top restaurants in the city…

Nothing … all was perfect

all in general was good , perfect Room, Comfy. Staff are amazing, well groomed helpful

I like the location of the hotel, the cleanness of the rooms, the atmosphere of the hotel and of course the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful.

Nothing that I particularly liked. Having stayed at the Four Seasons a number of times, wanted to try Rosewood (hoping the reputation of the brand would at least meet expectations). In short, nothing that was likable about the property.

Lack of attention to detail from all team members I met. The curtains in the room was appalling! Most unpractical city hotel room I have experienced. After staying one night, moved back to the Four Seasons!

Clean, huge rooms and connected to the galleria mall and Cleveland Clinic.

The breakfast can be better.

Love the hotel big room, very clean, great facilities, easy access to Galleria Mall. I love it.
