malgré que l’hôtel se trouve loin du centre, il est très pratique ,et agréable. le personnel est au top ! le confort et la qualité ressentit correspond bien a un 3 étoiles, malgré quelques traces d’éraflures ou de vieillissement prématuré,

le prix , malheureusement tout les hôtels sont de plus en plus cher , en 6 mois , il a pris 10 euros...et encore ! le petit dej ne donne pas envie... et il manque un espace pour se détendre !

Le couchage est excellent

L'horaire de prise du déjeuner n'est pas adapté à une activité professionnelle, 7h c'est trop tard, de même pour l'accueil et la possibilité d'avoir une facture en partant. Mais il est possible de la recevoir par mail ce qui est très bien.

Our pre booked reservation took a long time at reception to complete. I think there was a room issue The breakfast room was small And the range of food was a bit limited No cooked food available apart from scrambled eggs Not value for money especially as the kids where full price also

We are a family of 4 (2 adults, 2 young children) and stayed here for one night on our car journey from the UK to Les Contamines for a Feb half term ski trip. It was perfect for our needs. We arrived relatively late (on site included car park) and were met by a friendly receptionist. We were in our room minutes later. The room was spotless and had been set up for all 4 of us - double bed for the adults and the sofa double bed had been made for the kids. We had a good, quiet, full night’s sleep and then a decent, continental style breakfast the following morning. The room was perfectly adequate with fresh towels and clean bedding provided. The local area (a retail park / industrial type area) had restaurants etc but it is definitely functional rather than picturesque (again, exactly what we were after for this part of the trip). Overall, we would stay again for this type of journey.

Facilities and garden travelling with our dogs

There was no fridge in the kitchen despite the description stating that there was a fridge.

Everything has been very well arranged for an ‘after hours check-in’. Place was very clean, pleasant and ready for our stay. small inroom kitchen was perfect to make some tea and heat up some food, as we arrived late and were staying only one night. Interaction with staff in the morning was very pleasant. All in all- great stay, will probably be coming back.

The size of the room is really good. The heaters are good and the toiled very spacious. The breakfast is good for the price.

The sofa was in terrible terrible condition, full of stains and dirty, disgusting, I could not even sit on it. The spare duvet was the same, with stains all over it, disgusting. The apartment we stayed in is full of strong wear and tear marks, and it needs urgent maintenance, far from the pictures shared on this page.

No towel provided for drying dishes. Breakfast was very basic.

the bed, I slept on the sofa bed and had a TERRIBLE night's sleep This is the reason for my low score, everything else was fine It was so bad I had a terrible day the next day while travelling and a killer headache due to lack of sleep. So I'd say this needs to be changed and shouldn't be offered as a suitable bed
