The lunge area looks great but we didn't go.

We had no idea that there would be a Karaoke night while we were staying. This was a thursday night. Our family was not informed ahead of time. If we would have known, we would have never booked there. We were unable to sleep at all as the music was so loud. The next morning, I went to the reception to discuss the issue with the hotel but it was closed. There was only a mailbox to drop the key and no staff working in the morning. I don't recommend this place to any family.

Staff were really friendly, food was yummy.

An extra blanket in the room would of been nice.

it had a very tiny ensuite therefore the basin was in the bedroom. The exhaust fan was very loud.

Awesome staff, great location, fantastic food!

First all! Service, this place has it. Friendly staff and manager/owner and that's what matters. Second! The view, I'm going to go out and say it. The best view in okuhane! Straight up misty mountains Lord of the Rings vibes. Don't be scared to sit there and stare for hours. Third! Facilities and the ins and outs of the acoomdation. Comfortable pillows, comfortble bed and again a cracker view to walk out to. The Spa is open until 2130 so you have plenty of time to use your 15-20 mins well. The food in the bar restaurant! The serve a traditional but spiced up version of an Australian identity almost classic, the Parmigiana. Get it! It's like having a but of Australia with out the dangerous wild life. Fourth! Parking! Private safe and easy. Fifth and final! Single origin coffee and sustainable items inside with a courteous sign to say recycle, which we all should! Keep up the good work team, I appreciate you as much as you appreciated me in my stay.
