There was a pool and sauna.

It was so cold in the bathroom! A lot of entertainment were closed.

The bed was uncomfortable. There was a nasty smell of urine in the room .

We loved the quaint house, they had lovely rooms with brand new private bathrooms. The facilities between this guest house and its shared hotel La Maison next door were great, particularly the sauna! The fireplace, lit by the owner, combined with brand new ducted air conditioning in each room, kept the house perfectly warm.

It was a bit expensive for a room in a shared guesthouse. Other guests also weren’t as considerate of others as one would have hoped.

It was clean, cosy and close to everywhere we wanted to go!

The wifi didn’t work for us

Spa wasnt working, neither was the fireplace. 2 things we were looking for in our booking. We wernt advised until we checked in.

This Guest house advertises as a bed and breakfast but it is not so you did not have that option .It was a lounge room with 6 bedrooms in hallway, one off the lounge. Had a toaster microwave fridge in lounge area, kettle in room but really no where to put it.

No reception in this guest house you have to go next door.No spa as advertised possibly next door, could not get into bathroom without moving one of the chairs they give you ,both was ripped underneath looked shabby.Bed base was not good it was so low possibly broke, it was no good with the high up bedside tables and was uncomfortable. Extremely noisy can hear people in room next door, and feet on hallway noisy. Two bright lights on in hallway all night so light under the door.

It was what we expected. The room was nice a warm when we arrived. Good location and short drive to cafe's etc. Staff very accommodating when we asked for extra towels.

There were parking issues, which meant we parked out in the street. If we had tried to park on the grounds, we would have been blocked in, as we left early in the morning to go to a cafe.

Heating was good

The curtains on the windows were not big enough to cover the windows and keep out the sun,the tv was stuck on top of the wardrobe and was very small you would need binoculars to view anything you maybe watching and I don't know were they get there tea bags from they tasted like cardboard.
