Visited in the middle of work being done in their main reception so couldn’t really chill

学生団体の利用で、パブを利用出来なかった。館内でテイクアウェイの飲食が出来なかった。

La posizione è buona se si vuole essere in mezzo alla festa.

Stanza senza finestre, caldo pazzesco, poca aerazione, era una gabbia.

La ubicación es bastante céntrica y cerca de diferentes estaciones (tren, metro y buses). Las camas son confortables y las almohadas muy buenas. Es bastante fácil moverte a pie desde esta ubicación.

El sector es bastante ruidoso ya que es al inicio de la calle donde están los bares de música en vivo. La aislación de la ventana es buena, pero si necesitas descansar más quizás no es la mejor opción. En la mañana el ruido de los servicios de aseos es bastante fuerte y entra el sonido. El desayuno es solo cereal con leche o yogurt + tostadas con mermelada o miel embazadas.

Very central location to shops, train stations ang the many pubs clubs to choose from. Even met new friends while staying here! I liked the option for an all female room too and you each have your own lockers

The fan provided was quite noisy so couldn't use it all night but luckily not too hot.

Is in the best street

Just the sound but is not for the hotel… is the party jajaja

Todo me gustó

A localização era muito boa, fica na rua do museu dos Beatles. O café da manha padrão (pago a parte). A cama era confortável e a ducha boa.

Nao gostei na troca de quartos sem aviso. No primeiro dia quando cheguei a tarde, tinham desativado o quarto. O quarto era um pouco barulhento por causa do setor turisticos (restaurantes e pubs ali por perto).

Booked a king room with a double bedand they put us in a room with 2 single beds and 2 bunkbeds , we complained and they had no kingrooms left

Everything was great. Group of friends booked several dorms. Facilities were great, location couldn't be better but was quiet also. / could sleep at night. :-)

Only small gripe was the top bunks can be difficult to climb up to, particurally if you've had a few troo many beverages! An offset ladder would be better.

Very convenient location, in the middle of everything. Can get a bit noisy until late because of that. Room was okay and it has a large storage cabinet that you can lock and use to store your things (ideally bring your own padlock) Lovely bar area and even had live music that day, overall great stay.

Extra expenses, for example for renting a towel or leaving the luggage in storage after check out (charge per each item of luggage); check out policy is at 10 and should you consider check out at 12 then you have to pay a fee Continental breakfast is not worth it at all in my opinion, very few choices, there was no cooked breakfast option available at that time (1 hr before breakfast closing)

The room was clean, the mattrass and pillow was confortable, the living room is spacious

every service you have to pay like store luggage, towel, late checkout…not like other hostels which are free, and than the breakfast for the latest arrivals he finds nothing like me, no bread, no croissant, not fruits !!! Everything is empty.

The day staff were lovely.

They booked someone into my bed the night I was staying in it (as in, I was woken up by the guy confused why I was in the bed he was assigned). Went to reception and he said I had been moved, but I hadn't been told... But we sorted it out after some time and it was ok. Next day I followed up, and it turned out that receptionist had made a mistake and written down the wrong bed but then lied to protect himself and blamed the system - the guy who was given the wrong bed had never been assigned my bed.

The location is amazing, close to Liverpool one bus station and Queens Square bus station.

The location was great, right in the heart of all the nightlife. Beds were fine. I didn't spend long enough in them. No issue with noise personally. Great value for money. Staff were very helpful.

There is no negatives as far as I am concerned. I wouldn't stay here if I wanted a quiet weekend away though :-)

Было шумно, играла музыка с каждого бара. На против лестницы по которой нужно взбираться на кровать, стояла металлическая труба.

O hostel é muito bonito e realmente bastante confortável. Ganha destaque a localização (próximo a tudo).

Fiquei no primeiro andar e reforço os comentários anteriores: infelizmente a região apresenta muitos bares e há muito barulho a noite, motivo pelo qual acredito que possa incomodar os ouvidos de pessoas mais exigentes.

Ok all the staff were fantastic, the breakfast was great as well. The shower had good pressure and heat. The location was great for getting places. And the price was spot on.

No window handle so there wasn't good noise control and that was needed as you are above one of the busiest live music and drinking places in Liverpool. It was a bit grim and dirty, I found a beer bottle stuffed down the mattress when I arrived, you can hear people using the toilet as there is no sound proofing. No shower mat so water everywhere all the time. I was a bit peeved to find out they had half done a renovation and some rooms had new mattresses, I don't think staff should have mentioned that to me as there was a pile of brand new ones next to us but not on my bunk. There are no curtains on the beds which is a must in hostels, I made my own with a washing line. The pillow was bad quality and solid.. My towel stank of food that I paid for and I saw why their clean towels are stored above a pizza oven so you're gonna be drying with baked cheese smell. Also I was lucky I had my ID but it wasn't clear in the booking that you need a photo ID. I saw two guys get refused at check in.

Great location, right by the pubs of the caverm quarter and in a walking distance of most other points of interest. Staff was nice, and there's a discount on the food and drinks for those staying in the hotel. Would love to go back.

There's a lot of noise from the outside. To my understanding they are working on upgrading the windows, so hopefully, it will not be a problem soon. Also, asking for money for luggage storage (same day) is a bit strange, in my opinion, but at least it's a reasonable price.

Ostello estremamente centrale, ottimo per esplorare la città. Staff cordiale e stanza pulita, letti con mensola e prese di corrente personali.

La strada sottostante (Mathew Street) è piena di locali e rumorosa, immagino in particolare nel fine settimana, quindi se avete il sonno leggero questo potrebbe non essere l'ostello per voi. Nella stanza mancavano appendini per le giacche e anche in bagno non c'erano ganci per i vestiti, che sarebbero stati un'utile aggiunta.

The location is great (of course, noisy during the night, but I knew that already) and the staff was friendly (I was received by a kind lady with what I believe was a german accent). The room was less than I expected: a similar one -private- as in a hostel such as YHA near Albert Dock was far better and bigger (I rented that one in 2019). The door of the shower needed to be fixed, no towels (only by paying £ 3, which is scandalous, so it should be £ 12 por four people). No chairs. The doors of the building and the bar are closed too early considering the area in which is placed (10pm). Is not awful, but could be much better with just a couple of things.

I rang arranged the accommodation that I wasn’t going to be there as I was in Gran Canaria and someone else was checking in late about 10 that I won’t be there lady in her 60s and gransdson the girl I spoke with assured me I didn’t need to do anything but the guy on reception wouldn’t let them check in took 2 hours to get it sorted
