So pleasantly surprised by our stay! Brand new facilities, beautiful dining under the giant fig tree lit up by fairy lights and a great option to stay at if you don’t want to be in the middle of the city. Everything was wonderful and we will be back again!

It would be great if there is an exhaust in the bathroom as it stinks during and after toilet is done. If the door is opened the smells moves to bed room… Even the hot shower is causing foggy mirror. Please install exhaust. Thanks

Everything. I can't Recommend this Hotel enough. Firstly the Location. WOW!! Just ten minutes from the Royal Brisbane and STARS Hospital and just around the corner from a huge shopping centre (literally a 5 minute walk. Leave your car at the Hotel. And if your like me, a country girl originally, navigating Brisbane is Murder, it stresses me out, but finding this place and the amenities that surround it was so easy and everything you need is so close and easy to find) Also this Hotel is just far enough from the City, so that it's beautifully quiet and peaceful. Last night, I sat at the lovely little table in my private little patio behind my room, watching the rain. It was bliss. Also.... The Staff are Friendly and Helpful. Truly lovely people. The room was spotlessly clean and smelt lovely. The room decor, linens, towels, pillows, bed and blankets smelt great and were very comfortable. (I slept like I was at home in my own bed last night) The Air conditioning was Awesome. There is Loads of Parking space. (plenty of space infact for those who own caravans and mobile homes) Room service is provided, with reasonable prices (Unlike most room service at the various motels I have stayed at, during my career, mostly on the road). I did not use Bar area, but it looked Great as well. So you can have a nice drink and unwind after travelling. (The bar section is situated away from the motel rooms. The reception is separate from the bar area for those who are abit shy about going into a bar) The Brook Motel is a Gem. I will be telling my entire family and colleagues about it. And I will defernitely be visiting again. Thank you to all members of the Brook Hotel staff for a thoroughly restful stay. I needed it. See you again soon.

Nothing. The Brook Hotel ticked all my boxes. It's a great place for the weary traveller to rest and relax.

Beds are very comfortable. Spacious rooms. Nice outlook from back patio. Hotel food was good and walking distance to shopping centre.

We stayed in 2 bed apartment, coffee table and dining table dirty. Air conditioning not in the main bedroom which is a pain as there isn't a fan either. Room gets hot. Bath tub horrible, paint flaking and looks like grime in bathtub. Lounge is feral, massive stains all over it.

The whole experience. It's a run down dump. The pubs kitchen is shut on Mondays. Knock it down and start all over again.

The hotel is located right next to a shopping complex so it is very convenient but still quiet when sleeping.

the outside of the hotel rooms look tired and in need of a new coat of paint.

Bed was comfortable. Good sized fridge. Access to microwave and laundry. Plent of HOT water!
