The pool bar was great but very slippery when wet, and lots of guests slipped over.

The bed was too hard and we didn't sleep very well. Road works outside and because of this, transportation to and from, was difficult.

The room we got had a nice vibe, the pool looks nice and we liked the surroundings as it didn't feel like a very touristy area.

There was a door to the next room, with no soundproofing and we could hear our neighbors talking, fighting, or watching TV. In front of the hotel there was some construction work being done, this is not under their control of course, but just FYI in case you want to avoid being woken up at 7:30 AM by demolition hammers (this was in March 2023, will probably be done in a few weeks/months). It may be an option to ask beforehand for a room on the other side if available (there wasn't when we were there).

All in all a pleasant stay: nice breakfast and close to Khaosan Road.

The room was quite small. The pool was not suitable for children. No gym and major construction work right in front of the hotel.

Bathroom was lovely, nice big shower and decent amenities. Safe and mini fridge made the stay much more comfortable. Breakfast was fantastic. Good variety of fresh hot and cold food.

Lots of roadworks outside! Obviously not their fault but it did make it difficult for taxi trips to find where we were.

Excellent breakfast, staff speaks English very and is extremely supportive. The hotel is located close to the most known sightseeing places. It has a pool on the roof where one can rest after a day of walking.

Great hotel which is really close to the city center. Nice atmosphere and an interesting design of the hotel. Breakfast was also great. It has every day a selection of local cuisine and American breakfast.

The corners in the shower and around the glass door could be more cleaned.

the location was great to get a taste of Khao San but still be able to walk 10 mins and get away from it. The bathroom was large with lots of counter space . Good coffee

a musty mildew smell throughout the hallways , probably the carpets need replacing. The rooms smelled quiet mildewy /moldy as well and aggregated our allergies. There was intense construction right outside the hotel as they are putting in a subway line, so that was a bit of a challenge getting dropped off but we never heard any noise in the mornings. The breakfast is very basic, but fine.

Hotel/staff were fine, no complaints there.

There were roadworks right in front of the hotel from 7am until 10pm. Noise and dust was horrific. You could not sit outside to have breakfast. This should have been highlighted as the works are ongoing probably for a month or so, shocking but not the hotels fault.

stayed in a twin room. it was very comfortable. beds and pillows were excellent. close to good coffee shops and food. I did not try the breakfast but it looked good. nice roof top pool area

The swimming pool did not have a bar - pictures on booking showed an equipped bar but it was all just empty shelves.

Good cleaning service. Nice rooftop pool. Decent variety in breakfast buffet. However food should have been warmer.

Restaurant and bar both closed: should have been made clearer in advance. Rooms comfortable but dark. Roadworks directly outside: not hotel's fault but should have been made clear on website. Reception staff only willing to arrange taxi for airport transfer - would not arrange other taxi, even with advance notice.

Very friendly people, great location, nice roof terrace with pool, everything was fine !

Not a real crib for our child was there and late check out wasn't possible on our last day due to a fully booked hotel but that's all:)

air con in room was pretty average and didn’t always keep the room cool. mini fridge wasn’t cold enough despite being on coldest setting.

Nice big tub with hot water (many places we experienced lukewarm water jn the tub).

The road construction right outside made it difficult to get a taxi and walk the street. the aircon was a bit noisy. the restaurant was closed during lunch and dinner

Location was awesome! Plenty of great street food close by. Hotel kept really clean and facilities great! Breakfast was a nice touch and great way to start your day. Team were super helpful and lovely. Highly recommend!
