Hard Rock Ibiza is a great hotel we really enjoyed our stay. The Hard Rock Suite was great!

Unfortunately the jacuzzi was a bit dirty, so we ended up not using it, which is unfortunate since the room is considerably more expensive due to that jacuzzi.

Struttura, servizi, posizione tutto ottimo

Purtroppo lo staff è stato MOLTO SCORTESE AL MIO ARRIVO, solo perché c'era il nome di mia figlia sulla prenotazione, considerando quindi LO STESSO COGNOME. Nonostante avessi preso una suite oro GIÀ PAGATA, siamo arrivati a mezzanotte e per poco non ci lasciavano dormire in mezzo alla strada. Mi dispiace ma in questi casi ci vuole un po' di umanità e sensibilità. Lo staff alla reception dovrebbe essere riformato.

Struttura 🔝 due piscine e spiaggia privata. Ristoranti unici. Personale super cordiale e molto efficiente. Sicuramente consigliata come struttura!

La struttura è accogliente con vari spazi esterni ed interni. Le piscine grandi e ben tenute. Colazione super: c’era veramente di tutto. Si poteva fare colazione, pranzo e cena con tutte le cose esposte.

L’hotel vanta 5 stelle per cui mi sarei aspettata di trovare nel bagno quanto meno il set cortesia con cotton fioc e dischetti struccanti, spazzolino usa e getta ecc ecc. In più da un 5 stelle mi aspetto che in camera ci sia quando arrivi una bottiglia di acqua offerta e non una bottiglia con scritto guarda i prezzi del mini bar al costo di 9 euro!

Sentirme como en casa gracias al personal del hotel, en especial la gente del 3rd Half (Reme, Sofía y Yanira).

Die Lage war am Strand und es gab bequeme Liegenbetten.

-Am Strand laute music den ganzen Tag. -Die anflüge auf Ibiza Airport kommen dicht übers Hotel. 'Keine Schrank für Kleider nur 1 kleine zum Aufhängen. -Sehr teurer Aufenthalt für den Hund.

Fantastisches Frühstück, viele Möglichkeiten in der riesigen Anlage, toller Pool und Beach Club

Ausstattung entspricht nicht 5 Sternen. Preis Niveau tlw wirklich absolut überzogen (Speisen am Pool usw) und qualitativ dafür einfach nicht gut genug.

I like the Hotel beach access and the staff is very good. The roof top bar is nice as well. The bed was very big which was nice. The cafe was a nice place to eat on site because the buffet is too expensive.

The bathroom shower smelled like mold. It did not smell like any cleaner was applied to the shower at all. The balcony door does not close out the wind. You can hear it all night long whistling... The welcome letter stated that the price list was kept in the magazine rack for room service and the in room bar but there is not magizine rack in the room? Everything in the room is glued down to the counters. My wife wanted to use the mirror for her makeup but she could not move it to where she needed it. The cost for the breakfast seems way to high. No one can eat 40 euro worth of food for breakfast. The TV says the hotel "WAX" is available which is a turntable with ten records already in the room but I did not have this in the room.

Beautiful hotel, amazing location, quiet rooms

Check in was at 3pm, we didn’t check in until around 5pm as the room wasn’t ready. Service around the the pool was so slow, waited 30+ mins for drinks. Room service took around one hour + every time we ordered something. On leaving the hotel, not enough shower faculties after check out for the volume of people. Overall terrible slow service definitely not worth the price. Not adults only too many kids around the pool. Nice hotel but don’t think I would stay again, due to bad service.

Could get a little loud in the hallways late at night but it’s a party island so was expected.

I liked the picture window view of the sea and the comfortable beds. The air conditioning was very comfortable. I also liked the pools and beach facilities. The young staff were all very helpful and friendly, sometimes even too intrusive. It was an interesting experience.

I hadn't realized just how far from the centre of the attractive town the hotel is located. Had I known, I would have hired a car as we spent a lot of money on taxis, both to and fro from the airport and into town. The area surrounding the hotel is just dedicated to music venues and not much else, and there are some sleazy people hanging around. It did feel very much like a money making operation. I had to pay one night of my two night stay upfront before even arriving and had to point this out to the receptionist who was going to charge me again for two nights. The price for drinks and food was expensive, Euros 17 for an Aperol Spritz and I believe Euros 40 for breakfast so I preferred to spend less outside. I was amazed that they could try and charge Euros 300 for a beach bed on the front line on the beach and it was annoying having to use the QR code to see the menus in the various restaurants. I'm not that tech savvy! As for the room, I found it the most disfunctional room in a 5 star hotel that I have ever come across. Firstly the toilet in a sort of glass enclosure that did not shut properly which contained a telephone but not a bidet. The shower room is another disconnected glass cubicle but the shelf with the bath towels is in the toilet. It is impossible to place a bath mat on the floor outside the shower cubicle because it would impede the door opening so the floor inevitably gets wet. The other problem was with the lighting. It was difficult to find switches. The toilet light went on and off automatically, sometimes completely randomly, which is annoying during the night when you are sharing the room, whereas other light controls, such as over the washbasin or the desk are are difficult to find. Then the cupboard space is very limited and there is very little surface space to put your stuff. We had to use the only armchair/sofa bed to place our cases as there was no other place to put them. Overpriced and not a 5 star...

Music everywhere, including plenty of live music. Beach was cool, particularly the performances which were unexpected. Pool party was great. Tatel had great atmosphere.

You only get a free bottle of water in room on day of arrival, this is cheap. Spa was ok but not great.
