- Great location, at 50 meters from the tram station direct (15 min) to Edinburgh city center - Great appartment: quiet, spacious, nicely decorated, bright, clean - Great area: in Leith, a quite district near the shore and far from the busy and noisy city center. Grocery stores, bakery and many pubs and restaurants around

- the absence of any physical contact with the host was not a problem, as all information to get the key from a dropbox were obtained before coming. In the appartment, a notebook was provided with all useful information (with suggestions of places to visit, restaurants, pubs...)

Nothing, was great

Beautiful and well equipped apartment, great location. Shops, restaurant and tram stop close by.

When leaving, you had to take the rubbish out to 'communal bins across the street'. I did not find the bins- a photo or map would becuseful. Also, when leaving, the key safe would not lock shut. A bit stressful to have to leave the key under the carpet.

long standing road works outside made parking difficult but we weren’t informed.

Clean, large enough for 2 people

Very noisy outside and poor soundproof facilities, cannot sleep well at night. Unreasonable check out time and cannot delay checkout (must leave before 10am).
