Same limited options although food was good.
1. Although food was good but there should be more variety. There was just coffee and no tea options, no option of omlette or anything extra on top of everyday set menu.
2. Very limited vegetarian options.
3. No water bottles in room. Had to arrange from downstairs every time I needed in the middle of night.
4. No room service availability at all.
5. No mid night options or service
It wasn't a bad stay but wasn't worth spending. No fault of staff but the policies should be customer centric, irrespective of the ratings of the hotel. Not had a very great experience. Won't be able to refer it to anyone in my circle.

The staff could have been more honest, my partner left her straightener's in the room when we left, but when we went back the staff said they hadn't been handed in

Location
The room was very hot even though I paid for air conditioning. I reported this as I got to my room and was told that it would get cool, after a while , which never happened.
My booking, clearly indicated a room with a fridge. This was not the case.
Pull out bed for my daughter was very uncomfortable. Mattress extremely thin on a spring base that was uneven.
The woman that checked us in was unfriendly and unapproachable.

Couldn’t be closer to north terminal check in!
No bottled drinking water provided in the room! Very surprised.
Need clearer instructions/pricing info for the car parking.

Reception not very friendly and busy doing other things at check in. Queuing. Check out at 3am good.
The 6oz burger was disgusting. Like cardboard and not fresh. Garnish lettuce was wilting and black. Complained and got a refund. Charged for the wine. Apologies given but no excuse for serving food of such poor quality. Must do better.

#1 the location. For next day ongoing flights it's perfect. The room was clean, tidy, and appealing. The bed was comfortable, the AC worked fine, and it was quiet. All staff were professional and helpful.
Odd things: there's still carpet in half the room area, instead of tile; the closet door was also the bathroom door, which causes conflicts! Not enough lighting options. Restaurant staff were great, but some of the menu options were tired and possibly pre-made elsewhere. I will still come back, because of the location, but .....
Attention to detail and quality improvements needed.

Room was large.
The room was very cold, and the heating did not come on for a very long time after being activated. I was tired and cold. No spare blankets and just a thin duvet, I had to put my coat on top of me to keep warm. Too tired to get up and put the light on to see how to call Reception :-(
Breakfast was sparse, more continental than British, not a comfortable restaurant, it had more of a “cafeteria” feel.
Found a mysterious small black bug crawling over the bed, squashed it and handed it to Reception in a tissue!
Not what I expected from an Hotel connected to the Hilton brand,

The room was lovely, the bed was comfy and it’s very easy to get to departures from the hotel.
The room was very very hot, uncomfortably hot and the air con was turned off and locked. We had no window (common in hotels near airports).

Exceptionally clean, comfy bed, huge quiet room. Modern taps in the shower caused momentary consternation, as my tiredness from my 2am arrival caused my brain not to work. It is now the top of my airport terminal stay list. Breakfast is a lovely surprize with everything hot and ready on the buffet.

Very spacious.
We had to switch rooms because the shower was only hot water. Something must have been broken. Staff had to actually check and then go to another room to test the shower.
You could hear the people walking above. Next time I’ll book top floor. Doors don’t stay open long for people in wheelchairs.

Camera molto comoda e pulita. Posizione eccellente proprio dentro l’aeroporto . Si trova nel terminal nord ma noi che siamo arrivati nel terminal sud l’abbiamo raggiunta in due minuti con una navetta gratuita.

Very modern, clean, friendly staff, and connected to the North terminal, which was perfect.
No issues with hotel itself, except slightly confusing following the signs for their car park drop off point, and sat nav did not help either.
