The flat was in a great location, room size was good

When we got to the flat the code for the key box was wrong and the people we were calling told us to walk back to another place and ask someone to help! It was 30 degrees and I had been on the road for 18 hours to get there, The TV in the bedroom did not work and the remote had no battery in. I purchased more battery's and put them on but still it isn't working. The mat in the bathroom was very dirty.

location is good but it’s totally different from where they mentioned in the description.

location was not accurate at all, after booking they sent me a location for an address nearby the square to pick up the keys as they told me it was very nearby, but it wasn’t very close as they said and it was very unpleasant to go to this first spot just to pick up the key instead of them preparing a better check in experience by delivering the key or make a self check in.

the elevator didn't work and the apartment was on 4th floor! there was a long distance to pick up the property keys some data wrote on the booking.com website is not accurate (for example: the exact location of property)

it’s not actually on independence square it’s actually about 300m away and up a side street the entrance and staircase won’t make many people feel safe

Excellent location

Poor communication from the host. Conflicting information given as to where collect the keyes. As a result we had really stressful firsts day. No one really apologised as a result of this. Demanded some of the money towards our stay to be paid in cash. An apartment is dated, not clean and not welcomming at all. COCKROACHES

City center right around the corner, big room with everything you need!

It’s a very solid, cozy apartment. Well equipped and has a good shower. Kitchen equipped very well and it has everything we needed. Furniture was good too. I really enjoyed starting at this apartment. Also, it’s a very convenient location.

I couldn’t pay online. For people coming abroad it’s very important. Ukrainian ATMs very often limit cash withdrawals for foreign credit cards and people coming from abroad do not have such amount of Ukrainian cash to pay for a long stay.

1. Great location - very central, right by the Independence Square, restaurants, bars, mall, and the supermarket. 2. Easy check in, clean apartment and a great view. 3. Building has an elevator which is nice, but it didn't work for about half of our stay.

1. The mattress wasn't comfortable, my boyfriend had back pain every morning. 2. There is a bar across the street and things can get quite noisy. Not a huge deal, unless you are a light sleeper or like quiet.

When I arrived in this apartment was dirty with stank to humidity . I had to open all windows to be able to breath . The bathroom is super old and doesn’t look like the pictures at all same as all the apartment in general. Needs be fully renovated. The host tried to put me a taxi transfer for 600 UA but you can download Uklon or Bold and pay 200 UA instead . I asked for a strainer for pasta and she answered go buy it to the shop. I won’t recommend this apartment to anyone. The only good is the location and even this it’s not worth it because living in this apartment was awful. the cushions are rock hard and the bed leaves you with a horrible backache.

decent localization, very friendly older woman in reception. There was no problem with receiving keys and entering the apartment. everything was clean.

Communication was poor, I was asked what time I was leaving 4 times, I answered with a question about the keys 4 times with no response or reply received

The apartment I stayed at was around the corner from the square. Nearer hotel Dnipro roundabout. There was no view of independence square possible from the apartment block I stayed at. It was still a great location for the money.
