The hotel is very confortable and it has all the facilities you may need for a pleasent stay. The location is ideal, specially if you use it as a resting stop before reaching the Chiriqui province.

Our room was the closest to the bar area and the music volume level was too high and affected our resting. The room kept vibrating to the bass rithm. We had to ask several times to decrease the volume level without great success. Avoid staying in those rooms.

I was a very short stay, only one night, but it was good. Staff attended our needs ASAP.

The entire place is nice, sadly it was pretty empty.

The music in the pool should be more according with the clients not the member of staff that was playing it. I ask to vary and ignored me twice. I asked the same person for drinks, He called someone who came only once, he brought the drinks we asked for and never came back to ask if we needed anything else.

I like everything. The restaurant is very good and they had karaoke night, so we had a very good time

Staff they never say good morning or hello, personnel at the restaurant room service takes more than one hour, and breakfast they want to give you almost what is in the pan left it.
