Nice room in a good location quite near the Corniche. Everything worked reasonably well.

Disappointed that the pool was closed for maintenance.

The location was very nice, the view from the room was amazing. The breakfast spread was good. Staff at the Concierge - Aswathi and Breakfast kitchen staff - Geeta were very professional and helpful. They managed to ensure our stay was comfortable.

The flush on the 1st day wasn't working, we had to change the room. The window had leakage due to the rains, water was on the window panel. There was green, like dried fungus on the hair drier in our changed room - 1204. The safe locker was not working in our changed room - 1204. The HK was not up to the mark, we had to ask for basic things like towels and floor mat.

Property was clean and comfortable

The Food was basic , needs a lot of improvement. For breakfast just black coffee and milk was available? Why not have a automatic coffee machine to have espresso , cappuccino and latte?

Great hotel for a vacation in Abu Dhabi. Staff was really nice and offered us a free upgrade to a bigger room, since they were available. It's close to Corniche and the cruise port. Will stay again!

Hezký a příjemný hotel v dobré lokalitě, kousek od zastávky MHD. Personál moc příjemný a nápomocný. Pokoje velké, postel velmi pohodlná. Každý den uklizeno, doplněná voda a vyměněné ručníky.

It's located in downtown and a good hub to the famous places.

The only defect is that the showering area is a bit narrow. The water will spilled everywhere on the floor when using shower head.

Ездили мы вчетвером, мы с супругом и друзьями. Очень долго выбирали между несколькими отелями. Выбор пал на этот отель. И не зря. Букинг предоставил бесплатный трансфер до отеля, чему мы удивились и обрадовались. Но все же готовились к худшему, что наш рейс скорее всего опоздает и водитель нас не дождется. Но к большому счастью мы прилетели вовремя и нас ждал наш водитель с табличкой. Это было в 3 ночи. Он быстро доставил нас до отеля где то мин за 20-25. Далее на стойке регистрации нас встретил администратор парень, он был очень вежлив и улыбчив и заселил нас на 7 этаже. Мы заказывали 2 номера и к счастью администратор дал нам номера по соседству) отдыхали мы 8 ночей. Все было просто супер. Убирали каждый день. Особую признательность хочу выразить клинеру по имени Кушан. Очень вежливый, чистоплотный, добродушный, весёлый человек. Всегда помогал максимально. На все просьбы отвечал оперативно и от души. Спасибо ему большое) по завтраку могу сказать что все однообразно. На твердую четверку. Ужинали мы рядом с отелем под названием Spicy and fresh. Отличное заведение, еда всегда свежая и вкусная. Особенно фреши и напитки просто бомба. Рекомендуем) Что касается бассейна, лежаков очень мало и вода даже днём грязноватая, много волос. Местоположение отеля отличное, все в шаговой доступности, рядом автобусные остановки, магазины, кафешки. В целом нам очень понравилось. Обязательно вернёмся ещё и будем советовать отель другим)

Разнообразить еду не помешало бы. И почаще чистить бассейн. И был бы трансфер до пляжа, думаю было бы здорово.

The rooms was good

The staff including the duty manager at the time we stayed. In the room there was leaflet mentioning late night cravings and we ordered from the in room dinning a half grilled chicken which was mentioned on the leaflet. The order was placed at 9:30pm and we patiently waited and it’s already 11pm and still we did not get the order when we called to follow up the IRD says let me check with chef, and then again he says in 15min 10min and we did not get our order which was very disappointing and then later the IRD says there was fusion going on the in the kitchen which was not mentioned earlier and did not bother to call and tell us that something is going on and the order will be delayed for few hours where we would understand and think of something else to eat. We informed the duty manager on this and no one called us back to talk about it even at the checkout they did not bother to come and say sorry for what has happened.
