Freundliche Mitarbeiter, an der Rezeption, beim Frühstück oder auch die Reinigungskräfte. Top Lage direkt am Hauptbahnhof Reichstag und Brandenburger Tor fußläufig zu erreichen Vom Hauptbahnhof kommt man auch mit U oder S Bahn überall hin

Mir persönlich hat beim Frühstück nur richtige Nutella gefehlt :) . Sonst war alles in Ordnung.

Traumhaftes Zimmer in 7er Etage

Location is excellent - just a 2 min from Hauptbahnhof and 10 min from Reihcstag. Rooms are quite new and well furnished

I lived for 5 nights and there were no issues till the last night, when the team of night managers including Ediphan, Altay and Despina ruined all positive vibes about my stay. They forgot a part of my clothes that I left for laundry, so I had to go downstairs twice. Instead of simple apologies I heard the demand to pay it immediately and that it couldn't be postponed till my morning checkout - despite my totally paid accomodation for all days in the hotel and already paid past laundry a few days ago. Even if Ediphan as a senior manager followed inner policies and they didn't find in the system my credit card for guarantee as she claimed, the way she spoke and tried to manage the situation has nothing in common with basic hospitality

The location

A boring business hotel with no soul. Three malfunctioning check in kiosks in the lobby, a long line for check in. The double bed we ordered was not available, the entire hotel has only single beds. Very bad buffet. All super low quality. Very disappointed.

I did not attend breakfast, but the room was extremely comfortable and excellent views.

Slightly larger measures of wine! The bar was slightly pricy. And a shame the spa was not open in the morning for a couple of hours.

it was very clean and right next to the bahnhof which made it easier to travel with the public transport

for two people we only got 1 small water bottle per day. I believe 2 water bottles would have been better

The hotel is ideally situated in the centre of Berlin - a 2 minute walk from the train station. Everything about the hotel is lovely - the staff, location, cleanliness, service, and of course, the room and the food. There isn't anything I can fault or complain about. A large, modern hotel that was absolutely ideal for our four day city visit. Recommended to all.

right next to Berlin central train station, hop on tour bus meets outside front door of hotel every 20 minutes, easy access transportation to visit popular attractions, the staff were very courteous and accommodating, the hotel is lovely and rooms spacious, the breakfast was well presented and bountiful thank you!!

Best hotel breakfast I’ve encountered so far in Germany, so many high quality options (hotel breakfast is usually good in Europe this was special. ) Rain shower was lovely. Really great bed.

The location

I took this hotel for the location and because of the spa but I did not have the chance to enjoy it because I was the only girl among a lot of nude men ! I know the nude spa is pretty commun in Germany but we are in an international 5 stars hotel and I would appreciate to know this before the booking !!

The Breakfast is superior both for food and comfort . Room view is better than our expectation. Location was also similar. In short Steigenberger Kanzler Amt is a unique experience for us especially for New Year's Eve. Price/Quality is one of the best we had ever seen.
