The location is what makes this place worth it because you are so close to the beach and all the things that Port A has to offer. They have towels for use and provide you with basic necessities to maintain some cleanliness (sponge, roll of paper towel, 3 trash bags). It’s also peaceful and no loud noises from neighbors. You get 2 double size beds and a pull out sofa. There is a TV with Roku. I think two nights is the max that I could do at this location before I start over analyzing this location. The place was decent for a quick stay. Couch was comfortable. Beds were sleep-able. My favorite is that they had a soap dispenser in kitchen. The little things but I prefer that over a bar of soap. I also like that their is a full size fridge. Lots of white towels to use for showering. Parking spot right in front of unit.

It’s just old and dirty looking. You can tell the cleaning people try and it’s not their fault they are putting lipstick on a pig. The bedrooms, kitchen and living room were clean. And although the bathroom was clean, it just looks dirty because it’s iso beat down. It has a missing base board which makes it look run down, the broom they left in the bathroom is dirty and just gross. I wouldn’t use it to sweep anything. The dryer and washer need a good cleaning. Make sure you take a thermacell to help with mosquitos in the area. Also there is an smell, and I think think it’s the cleaning stuff. But you get used to it. The oven didn’t work- we think the knob is broken and I reported it. So don’t buy anything to cook in oven.

The access to the ocean was perfect

The difficulty with connecting with VaCasa when we couldn’t get in and when problems arose. The broken things and mildew in the unit

Price and Location were good

Dated feeling to the building, new construction really didn't help around the area. There were lots of rules about what the tenet was required to clean even though we paid an unreasonably high cleaning fee.

It didn't include breakfast

We felt very unsafe because the door lock was very weak. There was not even a second lock or a latch inside. We had to take our valuable items with us every time. The furniture was so uncomfortable and old. The table was a high table with barstools. totally useless. There was no towel exchange, we were not sure if that was part of the package. The window blinds were frail, we didn't want to adjust them because we didn't want be accused of damaging them. We took photo and one we sent to management showing a big stain on the couch, which was there on arrival. Putting a little money into a secure door and updating the furniture would do wonders. Also the freezer had a putrid fish oder, we didn't use that part. We didn't get to enjoy the Tvs because the remote control was like a puzzle , so after about 20 mins we gave up and used our cell phones, WiFi was very good. The many numbers you had to put in the lock was insane, 10 digits, really. We looked at other doors, 2 locks , simple digital entry. We had to save all the digits on our cell phone to get in and the door was still not secure. One good kick your in. Well it was an adventure we can talk about for years to come.

The facility was very clean and cozy. We had everything we needed in the kitchen as far as cookware plates, cups, etc. The pool looked to be cleaned daily and everyone kept to the quiet hour rule. It was also very convenient to book, check in and check out,

The kitchen facilities were a little wonky. The dishwasher was filthy- as though it didn't work properly and with a handful of leftover dishwasher pods left at the bottom. The washing machine also should come with instructions on how to start it. Thank goodness someone figured out that you have to hold down the button. I also felt the listing made it seem like the beach crossing was closer- we gave up trying to find the bridge and just drove instead.

We loved the location! Out of the crazy traffic but still close enough to every restaurant. It was a less than 5-minute walk to the beautiful beach. The condo itself was super clean and very nice.

We had a parking issue one day.

The location was perfect

We did have issues with the lock. Texted numerous times. Once I spoke with someone they were there in about 5 minutes and changed out the lock. Super nice lady!

Location was wonderful & kitchen appliances were well stocked to make a nice breakfast. We did dinner take out to spend more time in the beautiful condo & we baked cookies for dessert. Theres a market down the street w/ a large selection of groceries & produce.

A later check out. We were able to check in earlier but still had a distance to drive since we had a check in @ 4pm. My brother booked a condo on the same site 2 doors down from us & their check out was 11pm where ours was @ 10 am.
